    • Amazing view of citadel, great location - just 5 min walk to town center. Beautiful apartment, very modern and nicely appointed. Comfy beds and linens.
    • The whole setup was very nice, near to Namur's Citadel (if you don't mind the steps) and the river. The rooms were very clean. Because the hotel is automated and we only stayed one night we didn't meet with anybody from the staff.
    • very nice location, close to the river, to the old town and to the rivers. The interior design is well thought and it is a pleasure to look at the details - somebody really liked his/her job! materace was awesome and the staff really friendly, helpful and english speaking

    Cons -

    • Wish we could have stayed longer! Only in Namur for the one night.
    • The one single thing I didn't like - which is, by the way, not the fault of the hotel - is that finding parking for the car in the neighborhood wasn't easy.
    • main issue was the evntilation - seemed like the room had not been used for a longer period, one could feel the smell of mold. please solve that, its really a pity. 2nd: the reception of your phone is really limited (thats not always bad, but you should be aware of it)

Location of the place is quite nice, considering it's a small city this is not an exceptional but it is easy to reach everywhere by walking. Overall, the place is ok for the price. Everything is clean enough, and heating works properly. And, all the items exist in the room. Shower is exceptional we must say.

There is a heavy smell in the entrance of the building and it is less but it also exist in the room. When we get out we felt quite refreshed. There was an serious issue with electricity of the room, refrigerator does not work properly and made a lot of noise. The weirdest part is here, when TV is on, we had no issues, but when it is switched off, lights went off, and came back, and so TV was on again, it keeps happening quite a while. Then, we needed to pull the TV cable out. It seems loading of the electronics too much and which was quite annoying as a customer to handle, we needed to pull every cable out to sleep without disturbance. Also, our neighbour came to his room at the night with a lot of noise, it was like he was trying to enter our room. There wasn't any soundproofing for the doors, which was really scary. Lastly, I called the number on sunday morning to eat breakfast in the entrance floor, which had a different password, no one replied and never called us back.

Very nicely renovated and furnished. Clean. Nice coffee. Comfortable and nice beds.

Street deserted and a little torn.Would have appreciated street view. One room smelled badly of mold.We missed human presence and interaction.Expensive for a family, since we had to book 2 rooms.

Espace 43 is very close to the city center and near the main tourist attractionsThe access to the room is very easy thanks to the access code - no keys needed

I would suggest a large mirror in my room

within walking distance of citadel (if you don't mind the stairs), 1 block away from the Meuse river (but no view). A few minutes away from the city centre. Great shower. Perfect if you're looking for a cheap, practical place to rest your head.

No staff on-premise, no breakfast, only a vending machine. No free parking close by, paid underground parking at roundabout about 100m further. The walk from the railway station is doable, but long if you're carrying luggage. All of this I knew up-front, so these were no surprises and they were perfectly acceptable.3 surprises:The view from my room was boring (the back of another apartment). The hallway, the stairs, as well as the room were mostly polished concrete. This made for noisy echoes. The room was relatively cold. I had to figure out the thermostat by myself and turn them up.

Nice design, 3 min walk from the city centre

[Concerns room no. 1] While the initial design of the accommodations may appear pleasing at first glance, it unfortunately falls short in quality. Regrettably, several issues marred our stay. There was a mouldy smell in the corridor, the shower lacked functionality, and the windows were so inadequately insulated that they allowed every noise from the adjacent old shopping street to permeate our room, from the ongoing car traffic to the resounding church bells at 100 m distance. This resulted in an unfortunate 3 a.m. awakening courtesy of rowdy, late-night revellers.Furthermore, the walls exhibited no soundproofing capabilities, which led to another early morning disturbance at 6 a.m. as we were awoken by the sounds of our neighbour's morning shower routine. To compound matters, I had previously communicated a specific room request during the booking process, but unfortunately, it went unaddressed. Moreover, the company twice requested my email address for the purpose of sending door keys or access codes, which ultimately proved unnecessary as they later transmitted this information via the booking platform.

Very chic design, with lots of lovely decoration touches. Although we had a slight issue with cleanliness in one room (not anything the host could have avoided, just a strain on linen which was clearly fresh linen anyway) the host was very quick to rectify it and had me feeling very comfortable. The Nespresso machines and good sized fridges in the room are brilliant and let us keep some local produce we bought fresh which we were very happy about.

Very minor complaints, but there are no fans or air conditioning so you may need to sleep with the window open. Which does naturally affect the noise a bit. In fact, the property is not the most noise-insulated, with sounds from the neighborhood being heard in the room with the window even with it closed. Also the WiFi signal seems to be a bit weak for the television to work perfectly all of the time, it sometimes was lagging. But ultimately these were very minor points for improvement and we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back here next time we are in Namur.

Different type of room design and architecture, simple but good. Room access with code, no reception in hotel, but this was not a problem as all information was given by mail. Just a short walk into old town and close to citadelle.

very nice room, simple but clean. Had everything I needed!

Beautiful space, exceptionally comfortable bed, ease of check-in

    7EricPosted on: 5-31-2023

Nicely decorated with quality materials and clean. Easy entry with codes. Located in the city but parking was no problem although we were not there during the day, so how that is we don't know. Quiet room, at the back of the building looking out on some kind of courtyard. Too bad there were so much bird unfriendly sharp pins everywhere.

Prices for lodging are extremely high in this area so also this place, beyond what is reasonable we feel. We had to be there for an event but would not have gone otherwise. Room had some kind of stool but we'd preferred just two simple chairs. TV system complicated and took a while to understand but than still did not work flawlessly.

Perfect apartment! Big, clean and there's everything you need. The balconies were also perfect.Great location!
