Hotel Le 830 Namur

Everything was as expected.

They ordered a taxi for me, 10min ride, €70!!! Not normal at all.

Did not know what to expect. but very nice hotel room stylish and big. staff very helpfull in any ways. perfect. also very good restaurant. food is from high quality. eat two times and breakfast. was perfect

nothing. even offered conference room...ok small detail is not everybody speaks English. but that not a problem. i got what i wanted.

Restaurant too expensive, changing from air conditioning to heat has to be done at reception which is very annoying, breakfast not served early enough, shower was not fully enclosed and you stand in a breeze and the bathroom floor and bathmat gets wet,

Everything. We had no good wether to go out, the hotel offered us a meeting room free for our group to stay and entrain so that we still enjoyed our trip. It was very nice. Thanks for it.

Hotel looked amazing, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was amazing. The hotel design felt modern and the food options were fantastic.

The only thing that was a challenge was the room cleaning person that I was assigned to. They did good work cleaning the hotel but they would never get me new towels.

Modern spacious room with lovely decor. Kids thought the mezzanine floor was very cool! Great spot to stay when exploring Namur. We used this as our base and did day trips to Durbuy and Dinant. Excellent hotel restaurant & bar - fabulous food and service. There is also a Burger King across the road and a fabulous Italian restaurant a couple of doors down. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking.

Step ladder up to mezzanine floor is very steep. Ok for our teenagers but would be dangerous for little ones.

The staff is very nice and supportive. The room is clean and spacious. The restaurant is amazing, the food is very delicious! So far it’s been the best place to stay! Really recommend it!Nicole (sorry, not sure how to spell his name) is the best receptionist!

Steep steps for kids room but a gate and lock at top, so no problem

Quick and friendly check-in, free parking, super comfortable beds and cozy deco. Will definitely come back again every time I'm in the area :)

The window of the bedroom was open when I arrived so it was a bit cold but the temperature of the room quickly went up with the heating on.

Location, just off the motorway between Namur and Luxembourg. Good sized rooms. Modern, clean. Coffee machine in the room a welcome addition. Ample room for 2 people to use laptops. Free parking on site. Lift. Good restaurant. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was good - to be even better, provision of decaff coffee pods would be a welcome bonus and soft towels.

Breakfast was ok but a bit pricy

Road noise. The property was on a busy road, with lots of traffic until after midnight. The restaurant was very busy and very noisy. The food was fine but could not enjoy

Family room was lovely, fab lay out with children sleeping upstairs. Be ware the ladder is very steep. But saftey gate at the top. Showeroom was compact but perfect.

The noise coming from a neighbouring room was quite loud late into the night, lots of banging. But otherwise we couldn’t hear the road.

The breakfast was very good there was Continental breakfast choice as well as set menu. Just be aware the size of the portions is quite small.

We had family room and it has the second level. The staircase is very steep and not suitable for little children. Initially were was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but it disappeared after we ran water.

Lovely hotel, very modern and beautiful design. It was nice and quiet, clean as well. A huge bonus that they offer free parking. Would come back again if I was to be in that area again.

Nice hotel and staff.

The room was way too hot to have a good nights sleep. Even in the middle of winter, the AC was not adequate, which meant we had to open the window and then be disturbed by the main road and bars near by.

Good location near the motorway between Namur and Luxembourg, convenient when travelling across Europe on that route, just a few minutes from the motorway. Very quiet - this time we had a room at the from of the hotel and heard no road noise. Free off road parking on site. Lift. Good sized room with large desk, useful for 2 people wanting to use laptops and 2 chairs (some hotels only provide one chair in a double room which seems odd). Additional toiletries and a coffee machine, tea and coffee provided. Restaurant on site. Good value for money.

Lovely big room. Very big bed and nice seating area too. The shower was fabulous.

It was a bit hot in the rooms and the temperature could only be decreased a little. It's just that we are used to sleeping in a cool room.
