Fantastic quiet location.

Service at the restaurant was not optimal: champagne was not cooled. Several requests were forgotten. Had to remind waitresses about a few additional requests.

Very quiet and relaxing environment

Unfortunately the swimming pool was not available during our stay. That was actually the highlight we were looking forward to.

It’s beautiful facility in all great neighborhood.The pool and spa section is exceptional.

Room was bright, clean and beautiful, with a lovely balcony. Food was very good,the park is amazing, and staff is very nice and polite! I had such a lovely stay, would love to come back for longer!

With all the lovely staff and environment it seemed that the elementaries for a hotel of apparently 4 stars still did not work:Arrival: No greeting. Needed to make the receptionist aware of my arrival and check in needs although it was not really busy.Dinner: It took forever to take the orders and then nearly an hour for dinner to arrive after having to ask a question what is happening. Were meanwhile offered some "greetings from the kitchen". While there was an exceptionally friendly and kind waiter serving the meal, after having finished the meal all staff had abandoned our table not to be seen anymore. No offering of dessert, nothing. Had to explicitly seek some staff to book the meal onto our room. Dinner was otherwise of very good standard. Upon leaving, again the staff did their duties with some disinterest and no goodbyes either. How odd. Facilities great otherwise, strangely as it seems to be common now, no info other then self promotion in the hotel room, not even the wifi code was communicated. Small things that can be fixed with attentive management.

Good location and good to stay, it will be really far from city, so it should not be use for business trip, but all stuff were nice and nothing to say whole my stay.

There are nothing near by, but good for walk and happy to stay. Especially if I can travel my dog, I would stay there!

Great Hotel for pleasure or business. Large and comfortable rooms, great pool/wellness area.

Breakfast was elaborate and tasty

Before my stay I emailed to ask if I could charge my car and was told if I had a cable to plug into regular wall socket there is the possibility to do so, so I purchased a 300 eur cable only to find out when I arrived the girl on reception had no idea what I was talking about, behind the hotel on google maps it says there is a charge station but does not exist.Finally ordered wine with our evening meal which then was forgotten

location is simply excellent. Have neven been in such a nice hotel, surrounded by the nice forest and the very close located castle.

to be honest, all were excellent and fine but the breakfast was too poor compared to the rest of all (hotel location, rooms, cleanliness etc.) I would have expected more choice at the breakfast - but the quality of the food was very good.

Well maintained, large hotel in the outskirts of the country which is clearly understaffed. While the facilities are nice and comfortable, one would not expect waiting at the reception and for breakfast buffet to be filled up. However, complaints were attended to immediatly and satisfactory.

The swimming pool, which is not big but as it was empty from any other guests good sized and good temperature, and the room was spacious nice and clean.

In the middle of worked farms, so very artificial environment and no wilderness feeling at all, and next to a big horse competition venue (although you cant ride horses and cant rent them in the area either…). But the most negative factors are the price for the rooms (219 euros for a junior suit and during covid…) for what it is there to offer and the restaurant food was textually terrible, is a long time i have not experienced such bad quality food for again an overpriced buffet at swiss prices not german (80 euros for two just one bottle of water… with nothing special but bad quality food). So where are these prices coming from for such a low average hotel? I went there for visiting friends and cause of the reasonable ratings in the internet but particularly the food was a big disappointment and left feeling scammed.

The staff and facilities

We were only there for one night passing through, but was very impressed, will definitely stay again here, hopefully longer next time.
