Close to everything we needed for the timeframe. Restaurant on premises.

The room size was a bit small and we asked for 2 beds but one of the beds was way too small for an adult.

Shopping nearby appreciated. Kitchen & water available. Parking space.

Good breakfast also very reasonable price had in room fridge and stoveGood value

It’s close to the metro station. It has a lot of parking lots. Many supermarkets close by.

The hotel is not modern. Things in the hotel are from the 80’s. The WiFi was not so great. It worked sometimes, sometimes not.

Very clean room which came with a small kitchenette, a cozy, soft comfortable bed and a great bathroom! They provided a sweet treat as well upon arrival. Staff was very helpful, kind and communicative! I enjoyed talking to them a lot!The room also came with a fan which was a good addition for the warm summer weather!It's quiet, you don't hear the neighbor room's guests at all!Cleaning crew cleans exceptionally!The small bar is a good addition to the hotel lobby too. Location is very good! Lots of families around, Rewe just a 6-7 minute walk away, Aldi is around 8-10min walking. The park nearby is nice, drivers are mindful of pedestrians!Enjoyed my stay! Definitely coming back here!

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Hotel looks old from outside, but rooms are very clean, and looks like new. A Asian hotel is at ground level with good foods, nice option to have dinner

"High Speed" Internet upcharge

Normally I would not be as annoyed by a hotel having a bad and slow wifi internet connection, but when a "high speed" internet option gets suggested for an additional upcharge and the internet conection is so bad that after trying for 15min I have to switch to my phone's hotspot because nothing wants to properly load, then this just feels like a a total ripoff.

Room was clean and the bathroom was nice

The main light in the bedroom didn't work. The plugs were in the headboard of the bed directly where the pillow is.

Close to Darmstadt

The room was tightThe Kitchenette was very small and the dishes are not complete and are of several sizes which didn’t let the door to be closed. The appliances are not suitable for preparing food.

Location, price and parking

The location to everything was great.

The living quarters had no overhead light.No coffee or tea maker and cooling appliances were available!The rugs were stained.The shower was broken. You had to hold it. There were also plenty of mold in shower area. The water in toilet never stopped running.I never want room 308 again!!!!

We travelled with a dog and the rooms were super pet friendly! It was clean and very close to the main station. Easily accessible by public transport.

Outside Parking was completely full when we arrived and we had to pay extra to keep our car in the garage.

I received a friendly welcome to this hotel, which is located on the outskirts of Darmstadt. The hotel is a 7 minute tram ride from Darmstadt main railway station, and is about 10 minutes from the city centre. There is a large supermarket in walking distance, and if you want an somewhere quieter than the city centre for an evening out to eat there are bars and restaurants in Griesham.The hotel was clean, my room was comfortable, clean and in good order and I slept well. Check in and check out were both straightforward.

I found the room lighting a little dim.

Some free parking lot’s available near the hotel. The hotel might be good for a short stay.

The room furniture and the wall paintings plus the bathroom equipment are outdated. There was a very old small refrigerator and electrical oven in our room

Small rooms well organized with also a small fridge and kitchen facility to cook/warm up something.Bathroom small but well organized and equipped with soap, shower gel and hairdrier.Wardrobe very functionalTable and welcome fruit, water and juice. All very nice.The room we had was a bit hot, but a fan was provided and at night we could keep the window door opened as we were at the 4th floor. Our daughters room was a bit chiller, just better.Also easy to find with the motorway.At the groundfloor there is an Asian restaurant with good reviews, however, we didn't eat there as we were invited to some friends in the city center.

There are not many parking spaces but a Rewe parking is close and even if there is the bar, it is always open. Just annoying at the moment of unloading the car.

I went to Germany from the UK with my wife and 3 grown up children, we booked 4 rooms in total.The rooms were provided together, we parked in the underground car park for one day, after which we parked in the REWE supermarket car park for free every other night, its 2 mins walk away.The rooms were clean, decent beds, we received water and free chocolates. Toiletries, towels etc. provided.Staff were great.

It was quite warm during our stay and the rooms could benefit from air conditioning.Opening the windows is great, but there can be some road noise, which I don't see as a negative as it would be the case with any hotel.

Very convenient to access city centre - 20 min tram ride. Stops on the opposite side of the road from the hotel. Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast - mostly continental but with some hot selections. Excellent staff. Very friendly and welcoming.

The “bar” was operated by reception - only bottled beer.

It was close to the point of interest I had, as I was there on business. I could quickly get to where I needed to and Rewe was nearby for anything I needed to buy.

The hotel is paying too much attention to sustainability. So much so, that even basic accommodations are put on the sidelines. For example, I don't think it would be the world's worst idea to keep the fridge in the room operating, especially in summer time. Guests could have a couple of water bottles in it to have cold water. Also, a little bit better cleaning of the rooms would not go unnoticed.

The lamp besides the bed was broken. There was no air conditioner. It was hot staying there.
