Staff was extremely nice, wonderful location and very sheik feel. Really enjoyed staying there the night before our flight. The airport is only 10 minutes away from the hotel, so very convenient and relaxing way to end the trip

The shower got water all over the bathroom floor, was a little strange

Super location by the sea, close to the airport and to Barcelona. Very good room and tasty breakfast

Lamps in the room should be changed, it was very dark in the evening

We loved the staff! They were always cheerful and helpful. They answered our questions and gave excellent feedback and options. We liked the ocean air, nice neighborhoods and being so close to the airport. We really had an exceptional breakfast every morning. It was ready in time and the items were outstanding and varied and displayed so tastefully.

I didn’t sleep well each night. The pillows were too lofty and the bed too hard. We had water issues. They were working on the water and I was in the shower and had very little water pressure. The next morning my shower was cold.

All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We loved the grounds in the back of the property which had multiple seating areas and a lovely pool which lead to the beach access and a long paved beach front park and additional restaurants. We checked out a couple of the hotel bikes, rode into town and had a late breakfast, grabbed a few items from a mini mart and enjoyed riding along the beach. They have an excellent hotel bar and restaurant, I enjoyed the grilled seabass and my husband had a seafood rice dish.

The front entrance was under construction, but not a big deal.

Location, cleanliness, service

Room 014 shower water temperature goes from the set temperature to scolding hot and then back again, over and over. Also, the sink doesn't drain well.

The beach starts very late - only at 11 am, at the time when we usually leave the beach

Loved access to the beach. Great food (Green Avocado and parm salad was amazing! Rustic bread with fresh EVOO!!! Amazing deserts!). Personable staff!

The only problem was that I could not stay longer!

They upgraded us to a very nice room free of charge. The room was so clean. The bed was so comfortable. The grounds were beautiful easy access to the beach. The breakfast was amazing. Loved it.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like I loved it

Such a classy hotel, but very poor quality hotel bicycles. Everything was perfect, except the poorly maintained, sad looking bicycles out front. The hotel is far away from „downtown“ and so they need to invest in quality bicycles (and someone to service them regularly) if the boardwalk is to be enjoyed.

The breakfast staff was amazing and the ambiance around them was to die for. All the staff there during the breakfast were amazingly friendly and helpful.The beach was good, but it is a little walk to get to the beach.The pool was fun, but slightly small. The kids had a blast though.

No connecting rooms available (my kids were 4 and 7)The beach is a little far.The pool is a little small.The front desk staff had an appalling attitude. They rarely smile. Apparently, there is no bell boy during my checkout, i had to carry all 5 of our suitcases all the way to the car, which is a very long walk. I wouldn't have minded this, but i wouldn't have chosen the hotel if that was the case. I have a slipped spinal disk in my lower back, and I literally just went through physical therapy. That went back to being bad, and my back is hurting again, hopefully that wont last during my entire vacation.The most annoying thing is that the front desk staff saw me struggling with my luggage, and he was just staring and laughing from a distance. When i asked for help, he ignored me, went to the back, and someone else from the staff came out.

Great staff, modern well designed rooms, beautiful grounds and excellent tapas.Very close to the airport, but quiet residential neighborhood.When parking, pull into loop near entrance and go in and get help, especially if jetlagged.

Amazing outdoors with landscaped gardens, a large lovely heated pool . Plenty of loungers and a great pool bar . 1 min walk from a large sandy beach .Not your usual airport hotel, can't hear any planes at all even though it's conveniently close to the airport. The room was pristine, comfy bed and great large bathroom. Delicious breakfast with lots of options and fresh pastries. Quick check in and check out.

There was no parking space available ( it was 24€) so we were told to park elsewhere with little help. The receptionist didn't know what app was needed to park and it was tricky to work it out . Our friends who were given a room on the ground floor were kept up until 4am by the loud music coming from the club just next to the hotel. There was also a wedding and a conference at the hotel so the restaurant and bar team were very stretched and seemed overworked. They did really try their best .

We really enjoyed the pool and the garden. Loved how it had a gate to the beach, and you could go outside whenever you wanted. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was neat as well. It was everything we expected and more!

If you don't rent a car the hotel is only reachable by bus which doesn't come very often and only accepts cash. Taxi fees were pretty expensive. This is the only problem we had throughout our stay, apart from this the hotel itself was great.

Very beautiful hotel, super close to the airport. Room was nice and big, with coffee machine in the room so for an early flight it was perfect. Excellent dinner! The hotel has an amazing pool area and it is located 5 steps away from the beach. Everybody was super helpful! It was a great experience!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is beautiful with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were always really helpful for any queries.The pool and outdoor areas are well maintained with enough seating for those that were in the hotel.

Clean, big rooms, very nice staff at the reception and the restaurant. Great breakfast!

We were warmly welcomed by Ismael (spelling might be wrong). He was so kind and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our rooms were large updated and beautiful with ocean views. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and back to the beach. I know it’s an airport hotel but we didn’t notice the Jets flying over the hotel. Any airport noise is very slight.We did eat lunch at the outside café, which was delicious and the server was great. We didn’t have dinner there so I can’t speak of that. Also, there is a walking and biking trail right outside the grounds of the hotel and I noticed that there were bikes that you could use at the hotel. We were told that the bike trail went on for several miles. Also, the beach was very wide and flat. Some graffiti could be seen.My one recommendation would be to park in the parking garage rather than on the street because we got our car broken into and all of our souvenirs and gifts were in the trunk. So someone was watching us and realized we must’ve left something in the trunk so they broke the window and got all of our stuff. Most of the things were inexpensive little souvenirs that we were able to replace when we got to the airport but still it was disappointing. So park in the parking garage pay the $25.

Closeness to both the beach and the airport.

Would like a more varied , less expensive menu,bar type food.The journey back to the airport was exceptionally expensive and wonder if the hotel could come to an arrangement with a taxi firm.

The design is amazing indoors and outdoors as well, very stylish and clean.The breakfast was good and the reaturant staff is really nice.

The receptionist when we arrived was not very kind - she was somehow not very welcoming and was a bit cold. The bed is not very comfortable, the topper is like a blanket and doesn’t feel great when sleeping. In the room the TV is not a smart TV and they have no good channels with movies so we couldn’t watch anything in the evening. We had dinner and the food is expensive and the presentation unfortunately is very poor.
