Great location and excellent breakfast.

Cobwebs in room and decor was dated. A lot of street noise.

Good clean room.Quiet area, near from city centre.Near from Strasbourg, Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa Park.Free parking very close and with big spaces.Heating and hot water working fine.Long check in time, nice staff.

Having a fridge in the room would be great.No elevator (not an issue for me, but might be for others).

Easy to reach, good size of rooms and no major issues.Staff clean and change towels daily.

Basic amenities like water kettle and shower caps are not provided.Only overhead showers so you are forced to get your hair wet for every bath. As shower caps are provided it was painful for ladies to dry and comb daily.

The location is good as it is near Europapark. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is tasty and the staff is also nice.

The rooms are never clean. I have stayed 2 times already, the first time there were cigarette butts under the bed, this time there were boxers and panties on the radiator, who knows whose, and a beer bottle under the bed.

The neighbourhood is insane! So pretty, we walked 00:00 till like 2am!

Clean and comfortable and the staff helpful ... parking was easy to access.

We were asked if we would like breakfast (which we really didn't have time for) and thought it complimentary. Plus they seemed to have laid out a lot of choice and it seemed we were the only guests ... we felt we should have breakfast as they had gone to so much trouble. But no, it was not complimentary .... we really wouldn't have bothered as it added time to our long journey and we ate so little. It needs to be clearer when booking!

We slept here for two night, but they did not clean the room and the day after I had to wait 1h and half to have clean and new towels because no one reply to phone and no one was in reception

The lady on reception was very helpful. She allowed us to check in early and was happy to accommodate us with anything we needed. The breakfast was nice and the same lady was very attentive. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The bar and restaurant was shut- not really sure why. Although the town was quiet the Hotel is on a really busy road. The noise from the traffic didn’t stop until 1am. Then, just when we got to sleep at 3am there was an almighty bang from outside. Overall it wasn’t the best experience we’ve had at a hotel.

First breakfast was cooked to order scrambled eggs-excellent. 2nd morning we started a bit later all eggs were cold. They don’t know how to cook bacon. The rest of the selection was very good.

Mattresses could be a little thicker but they were adequate.

The room was clean. I was offered a lift from the train station, which was great. Clean sheets and bathroom, comfortable hotel.

The hotel is far from the Friesenheim train station on foot. Trains to Offenburg run only every hour.

It was an old-fashioned, beautiful hotel. It was very big and clean. We had a room with queen bed adjoins to room with twin beds.

It was a bit cold. The reception didn't know English.

Restaurant & Breakfast were good.

Hotel directly located next to heavy traffic crossing - quite noisy.Equipment rather old. The toilet flush broke down in the middle of the night... Rather unfortunate.

Very beautiful hotel for a stop next to Europa park. very good restaurant and very good breakfast.

The Hotel is in a perfect pit stop location for people driving on the highway. We were delayed which didn't allow us to arrive on the expected time (arrived after the Reception was already closed), but with a quick call we were able to get a solution. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bedroom had a huge wardrobe which could not be opened. The furniture and the bed are a bit dated, but still nice and comfy for a night. Still, I will not have any problem to stay here again.

Great location, nice hotel not far from Europapark. Clean rooms, ideal accomodation for 1-2 nights.

impossible to sleep with the window open, too much noise due to the traffic. A fan in the room is recomendable therefore you could close the window

Comfy big bed, basic but nice room. Clean. Enough soap and towels in the bathroom. Restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly staff. Fast check in and check out.
