Location.
The location was within easy walking distance to train stations and the city center. The staff was friendly; our flight was at night after we checked out, and the staff stored our luggage while we explored the city.

Cons -

Unusually hot weather meant our window had to be opened to a very noisy street.
The rooms are small, but as long as this is understood, it was actually fun; the kids enjoyed the bunk beds.
