Very difficult to find Odin the sat nav. It should say on the directions , behind Leon , then you would see it.

The fire alarm went off at 4 am and I went out then it stopped then it kept coming back again and again very disturbing.

clean and the crew was helpful especially Leo.

They ignored my request for late checkout, and I have been forced to pay 25€ for three hours stay.

I would not recommend anyone to stay her other than some special "need".

Poor cleanliness, little to no soundproofing and since it was a "hotel" to meet prostitute or have sex it was very unpleasant, and also the police do regular check in the parking area so you know it is not a good area.

Electric charging was a bonus. Location good. Aircon

Rooms very tired. Pillow was grubby.

Kettle in my room was soo useful for a cup of tea after a long journey

The room was clean and had everything that was needed, but was a little bit basic. Similarly, breakfast had everything that was required, but the dining area didn't feel like a place to indulge.Hotel is conveniently located close to main road, but is in a residential area about 15 minutes walk to nearest restaurants and train station to get to central Paris.Suited our purpose well enough, but I don't think you'd want to be here more than about 3 nights

It's hard to find something that's correct.Positive point: the hotel exist.

From the beginning: - check-in: I had to pay immediately during check-in for all my stay despite I bought option "to pay on the end of stay"; on my question about restaurant, receptionist not recommend their restaurant due to poor service. - room: for a person who doesn't have higher expectation from 3-star hotel, you can stay for two or three nights despite minor comments regarding the bedding. - bathroom: smell was unpleasant, toilet seat was dirty, bathroom door was damaged, mold or fungus in the corners. Overall impression - the bathroom was dirty. - check-out: the receptionist was surprised that I wanted to take the invoice. - outside the hotel: garbage bins filled to the brim, not cleaned.

One person from the reception was nice but the other one rude.My bed was making an horrible sound everytime I was moving.

Noisy bedI was on the ground floor and it was very noisy early morning. Cleaners don't respect the sign DO NOT DISTURB

Gentleman on reception was really friendly and helpful. He spoke English which was very helpful as my french is very poor.All rooms outside, plenty of parking space, gates locked every night for security, big comfortable room with kettle and tea/coffee - essential after a long drive.Sat nav took me straight there

No restaurant at the weekend although plenty open nearby but after driving all day would have liked something on the premises. I could have ordered from 'uber' to deliver but not being young I dont have these apps on my phone or know how they work.

Convenient location - safe to walk to locate attractions Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was helpful and available. Housekeeping was timely and thorough. Would stay here again.

No complaints. We had a great experience at the hotel and in the Paris area. We did not know much about this hotel when we booked - would definitely recommend.

Very good price for a place to sleep

The bathroom door was broken so two of us experienced the panic of being locked in. Other guests were smoking weed outside our door.

we normally stay at Campanille in Taverny, and I know this hotel is part of the same group. the property is much cleaner than the other. It’s in a bit more of a built up area so it’s not as easy to get to, but just follow say nav if you’re travelling from abroad like me. staff were super helpful and friendly.

Poor breakfeast, hotel did not think the foreigner vistors. Too much sugar, bakery and proccessed foods.

there must be green vegetables and cheese kinds, fresh foods must be taken placed on the kitchen.

Breakfast was ok.The staff were friendly.

Pillows were poor. One pillow each, no extras in the room. Very poor quality. The Hotel was in a location with no facilities. Everything was basic, very disappointing. The towels were small and thin.

It was a very nice Stay and hotel is very clean and nice and worth but the only draw back I found was there will be no public transportation available to the hotel after 10.20 PM from the main train station. So if we make those arrangements its a good Stay.
