Good location so you could walk and explore, the staff was friendly and helpful, the town it’s in is very sweet, the hotel was clean and had what we needed.

The location is quite good to visit all must-sees nearby on foot, and close to bus stations to visit everything else. Breakfasts are complex and well-served, allowing to compose a good combination of proteines and carbs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although we were informed in advance about a possible staff shortage during our visit, we didn’t notice any inconvenience at all. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.The room was clearly a bit dated, but very clean, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was well thought out and delicious.Overall, everything was great and we were very satisfied with our stay!

Friendly helpful staff at the desk. Lift wasn’t working and a room on the third floor wasn’t so good. Decor needs attention and updating but for a budget hotel it was clean and comfortable in the room. There is no amenities for making hot drinks in the room. Very close to central Dunkirk. Short walk to all places of interest and restaurants

It does what it says on the tin - basic facilities but very clean and tidy with excellent location near the harbour. Breakfast was good with everything you need. Staff were polite and friendly. Good value for money

Had a short but pleasant stay. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Food was good and staff helpful but after 10 pm doors locked and if no one in reception the have to ring a number to be let in

Had a good night here as a stopover on my way from bruges. Close to the interesting museums about WW2.Hotel equipment has seen its best days, but staff is friendly and spoke English.

I had a disabled bathroom which made it awkward to shower. Breakfast was pretty ordinary.

I had already paid and booked in before we went to the two rooms that we had booked and they were dirty smelly and unhygienic and the bathroom in the double room had obvious visible blood splatter all around the toilet roll holder. The bed was unclean and the pillows stank of stale sweat. we left and did not stay the night even though it meant that i lost my money. The stairwell was mouldy and paper and plaster was still on the floor where it was just falling off the wall. The staff that booked us in using English suddenly couldn't understand when i went to speak to them. Even though i lost 170.00 euros i could not expect my family to sleep in such a unclean environment.
