Living Hotel Milano

The breakfast is good.

The receptionist and owner were rude, but the waitress was beautiful and kind.

The breakfast , the room was so clean and comfortable

Nothing But I can say that the location is a little far from the center of Milano and you need a car but we chose it to be like this

Nothing short of terrible.

Booked a “superior double room” with the option of selecting two single beds, immediately after booking I was told that it can’t be fulfilled and I should just cancel my booking (non-refundable).Upon arrival after a €120 taxi to the hotel (as the hotel is completely inaccessible without a vehicle) we quickly realised that the “pool” that is so heavily advertised for the hotel and the main selling point for us, was in-fact non existent and the water was drained from it. Photo attached below.Then as we were debating checking out no more than 12 hours after arriving at 2 AM, the DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door was completely ignored and a cleaner burst into our room telling us the room needs to be cleaned every morning despite the red sign clearly hanging on the door handle.Overall an absolutely terrible experience which led to us having to find and pay for accommodation elsewhere not even a day into our trip.

Staff were amazing, helpful and friendlly. Very cozy, comfortable and clean room. Mini refrigerator was unexpected and appreciated. Breakfast was really good. Many choices and we were very happy with that. Also having a parking space right outside our room, was a great convenience.

All good, nothing we didn't like.

All was perfect, from meeting till departure, very friendly stuff, details properly explained, very interesting way of parking your car, close to your room, they've bin very polite and serv our dinner even if it was 22:30. In one word was excellent.

The individual parking space just outside of the room was convenient. Breakfast was good.

Shower was not comfortable. Water temperature and pressure are not ideal. The bathroom door is too hard to open and close.

The hotel location not far away from city centre, approximately around 35 mints by Car, advised if you visited Milano with a car, this is the best hotel you could take. The breakfast was fantastic, Family room was clean, and suitable parking lot available. Friendly staff.

Nothing to be mentioned

I enjoyed staying at Living Hotel Milano with my family for 4 days. Everything was great the staff, breakfast, indoor parking and spacious rooms.

Interesting design, good breakfast.

Dining room is way too small for the amount of people (weekend). We had to wait for the food to be brought.

They got the best hotel gyms i've seen on our holiday in Italy. Two treadmills, one bicycle, dumbbells, kettlebells and a screen that can give you a large variations of workout from Technogym. The hotel gives you a parking spot right outside your room, the breakfast got good variations of salt and sweet breakfast. The fruit served on the breakfast is fresh.

There's not so many restaurants nearby, but if you go here by car a trip to Milan city is about 15 minutes away. This is not the hotels fault, it's our fault for not checking this beforehand.

Efficient motel

The electric car parking places are way too narrow, and were taken by fossil cars.

This hotel is amazing. I loved the layout, with parking in front of your room and private access to the room. Then another door inside the room that leads to the bar / restaurant and reception.All possible amenities are available in the room, we had the junior suite, which comes with a Jacuzzi. Room very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job.Loved the breakfast and special mention goes out to the bar. The glasses were filled way more than usual.Very friendly staff. Actually everything is excellent!

Absolutely nothing that I can think of.

The reception is a problem solver.The location is nice if you have car while traveling to Milan.

The sheets had black marks so we told them and they gave us new room but it had the same thing .Hair came out from my breakfast muffin.

Location is great Parking your car next to your room is great Breakfast selection is good but no halal food

They gave us room 128 which was very dirty floor a spotted sheets and very old bed cover I mentioned this twice to the housekeeping manager with no action taken In the next day they left dirty cleaning cloth over my luggage At check out I mentioned this again to the receptionist (Mekaiel) who extended my stay in a sweet for 50% discount for one night The sweet 221 was good but I recommend to check the room before checking in and make sure not to get 128 ?

Pleasant

During the night ( around 3am ) we woke up because of alarm, there was some problems with electricity. We didn't have electricity for some time and once it was coming back, it was turning off again and alarm was on. Couldn't sleep till 5 am. In the morning was exhousted becuase of it. In the morning staff didn't do anything to execuse their selfs of inconvinience.

Staff was friendly and nice

Very weird vibes, like old, shady motel vibes, with parking in front of the room and double doors. Not the cleanest, although the sheets smelled of bleach, mouldy seams and alarm string (which was also very odd) in the shower. Old AC unit, not really working also not clear if even functional. Breakfast was more like a candy bar than a breakfast, lots of cupcakes and sweets.
