I like the location due to my family leaving close by. You do need a car to get to the closest Gare station.

During my second stay at the hotel, which lasted two nights, the first evening was quite enjoyable. However, the second night was marred by noisy neighbors, prompting me to report the issue to the front desk the following morning. My primary reason for writing this review is to alert future guests about the presence of unlicensed taxis in the area. When I requested a taxi to the airport through the front desk, the driver arrived in a vehicle without any identifying markings and insisted on cash payment only.This situation was concerning, as I had intended to pay by credit card for business purposes and expected a legitimate taxi service. The driver became upset and left when I expressed my concerns. I conveyed my disappointment to the front desk, emphasizing that the hotel should ensure that only licensed taxi drivers are dispatched for the safety of its guests. Ultimately, I had to resort to calling an Uber, which provided a reliable and professional service. It is crucial for the hotel staff to prioritize the safety and comfort of their customers by vetting transportation options more carefully.

Breakfast was amazing. Good variety. Beautiful sitting area. Room and washroom were pretty nice.

Bad lighting in the room. Once an item is finished in breakfast they weren’t refilling it. For example scrambled eggs, once finished then were not refilling them. No extra pillow

The rudeness and lack of empathy in the face of an obvious booking error, with 2 other active bookings, the heating stuck at 30 degrees for 2 nights in a row, the worst management I have seen in years of stays in France. Never again!

Very comfy and excellent service.The price on Booking was not correct, I needed to pay city tax or something similar and carpark.

Good value for your money! The location was not the best but its outside of the city center hassle. Service was perfect and receptionists were so friendly and very helpful.

The hotel might be under ongoing construction and the rooms were good but not perfect!

Cleanliness Staff at front desk one in particular very friendly and helpful even though she didn’t speak much English but we used translate and she was very kind and knowledgeable

Easily accessible, beds are very comfortable and come with thick comforters.

Three levels, no elevator.

Friendly service, good staff communication. Accommodated late check in with no hassle. Comfortable bed and good shower. Hairdryer available.

Breakfast is basic and limited. Very low lamp shades over the twin bed so kept hitting it during sleep.

Staff were friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

City tax on top of hotel charges but that is not down to the hotel

Bed was good, shower was good, breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean. Location was perfect for visiting the Olympics nearby. Parking and EV charging very convenient.

No airco in the room and it was really hot when we got there.

The staff were extremely nice, and they were able to storage luggage for us.Breakfast buffet was great too.

No fan or A/C, so prepare to sweat during the summer.Many cockroaches in the room, and some flies on the bed during the night...

It was 25 mins walk from the chelles station and the buses seemed to be disrupted due to the Olympics. It was a nice walk though

The breakfast was very nice. The butter was the best from the breakfast, we love the president ??? and the hot chocolate was good too my friend.

Joaaaaa, the neighbors were too loud, they had too much S.. and we can’t sleep. The Toilet lid wasn’t there and we need it. The other problem was that we don’t has a toilet brush for our ??. If you want to go to Disneyland it isn’t a good hotel, because it’s a problem to arrive Disneyland, so we has to booked a taxi two times because we don’t has other opinions to arrive it. And for children it’s bad, because you don’t can’t sleep, it was very loud.

The staff was very caring. The breakfast was value for money and good selection. The rooms are recently renovated. Bed is comfy.

The rooms are directly lead to open air like a motel. There is very low ceiling in the rooms.

DO NOT COME HERE

We paid for 1 room with two beds 1 double bed and 1 single bed, we did not receive the single bed we paid for. This led to my son having to sleep on the cold floor for two nights with no replacement room from the hotel. Also when we tried to complain to the staff they could not speak any English and did not give any refund or replacement room for us. Also the room was unclean and dirty, there was lots of dust on the floor which made my asthma and allergies worse for me and my son. Also the shower was not working properly, it was cold and there was little water coming out of it to have a shower. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I was under the impression that it was good, but this time, the experience was terrible.I booked the room with 2 single beds and completed the payment. However, when I checked in, I was told there was no such room, and all the rooms had one large bed. I can't understand. If you really didn't have any or all rooms are full, you should let me know in advance because I HAVE PAID ALREADLY.After arguing my case, I was given a special bed consisting of two beds. I was told that I could separate the beds and that I would be sent extra sheets and a comforter shortly.But the staff lied to me!The bed cannot be separated (the mattresses can't be separated).I stayed for three nights and was not given extra sheets and comforters from start to finish. I am angry about this.By the way, my towels were not changed from start to finish.Due to the fault of the hotel I lost the room with 2 beds that I had paid for and I had to use the same comforter as someone else. You have to know, it's not always couples or lovers who book a room,I have not received any compensation or apology for this.

The bed was comfortable but the rooms are too small...

The carpet didn't look so clean.. I couldn't let my baby sit down even for a second. Varie was so helpfull...super nice even with my language barrier she managed to understand me by using Google translator... ? nice lady keep it up. Not so good for children...am sorry but yeah
