This Campanile hotel is set 1.1 mi from the Chelles-Gournay Train Station and provides modern accommodations just 12 miles east of Paris. - The rudeness and lack of empathy in the face of an obvious booking error, with 2 other active bookings, the heating stuck at 30 degrees for 2 nights in a row, the worst management I have seen in years of stays in France. Never again!
