The personal staff was very nice, polite and professional.

The rooms are dirty, the furnitures are not clean and some of them were broken. The walls are with stains and in some places the paint is falling off. The all hotel must be renovated.

Nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Kitchen a joke. 1 small frying pan and one massive saucepan. Hardly any utensils. Most light bulbs didn't work. At night cooked using my phone torch. Place was an absolute dump! Very poor for the money paid!

Breakfast was lovely

They didn?t tell me no breakfast on Saturdays!!

It was conveniently located to family and downtown.

The property is run down, but there are no other real options in the area.

I liked the shower the mini kitchen the bed the couch but the toilet was so bad the door was so bad as it wasn’t easy everytime i tried to open it plus there was no air conditioning working

No room cleaning entered my room the whole time that was very weird

Location and breakfast.

The smell of the room was horrible, and they dont clean the room. We kept the windows fully open to try to remove the bad smell but it was not enough.

Avoid.

Everything. Cleaning was so poor that they missed 4 naans in a cupboard. One 30ml bottle of shower gel and 1 toilet roll were left for 4 people. The photos on the website are in no way accurate and are highly misleading regarding the accommodation. Stairs were dark and unlit. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The place was spotless. There was a washing liquid with a new spoon. The only issue was the USB ports was not working. The facility is extremely quiet and dark, perfect for a restful night.

Fairly good location within walking distance to the Chelles RER station, gated parking lot, good pricing, Staff was okay.

As soon as we walked into the room there was an odd smell, wifi was free but had to reconnect every hour, had no hot water, hairdryer started smoking within seconds of turning it on, overal poor maintained room with paintchips coming off everywhere, showeredges were nasty, showerdrain overflowed in less than 2 minutes, pillows were super thin, bed was 2 (very cheap) single beds together that moved with minimal movement - as a couple not ideal.

An absolute 0. This is the worst place to ever stay. Especially if you are from USA. We stayed for a week and they refused to change towels, bed sheets, and even clean our rooms. The breakfast sucks, the services were terrible and staff was hostile. When I used the laundry. My card was charged 6 times. They had 2 washers and 1 dryer for over 90 customers. I used the dryer and my clothes were not dry. I approached the manager and all she told me was that I had to keep putting my clothes back for another cycle. I used the dryer for 3 cycles for my clothes to be dried ( for a single load). Yet I was charged for the 3 cycles.On getting back to the US. I got a notification that i would forfeit my deposit because the towels were dirty (of which they were not)Please lemme give you my 2 cents. If you ever come across this property, RUN!!!!!!I still feel disgusted about my stay

staff was very very hostile our stay was miserable They charged me for for cleaning services...we were there for days..Was given only 1 soap , towels, 1 toilet paper for the week..in the family room.for 4 guest, there was no bedsheets provided for the sofa bedI made sure I cleaned the rooms, did all dishes...This hotel is terrible...pls Do Not Stay there... I beg u in God's nameNot family friendly.....

The location and the staff we met on the first day she was so helpful and good friendly customer service skills

The facilities need Morden and an update of whole facilities, especially the bed should be 1 single bed, not two small separate beds, not good for couples spending time together in the bed pulling off

The bathroom was good. The wifi was also passable. .

Furnishing was outdated. The TV wasn't smart. A little more effort should be put at preparing the breakfast. There was no protein, no fruits basically carbohydrates and tea

I was really surprised to see so many bad reviews about this residence.I discovered a clean, well maintained facility. It was a very good value for money. Clean room, very neat bathroom as well as crisp clean beddings and towel. Super hot water to shower. What else can one would want from what I can call a budget hotel. Private parking facilities for my vehicle were super and appreciated.Yes, I had to rush a bit to make sure to arrive in time before 21h00 for check-in, but as said, it was mentioned that there was not going to be a concierge on call after that time.The person at the desk called me to ensure I was on my way an hour prior to leaving the front desk.As for my breakfast, it was well worth the nine euros I paid for. Well done. I should be back in the near future.

Location of the property food McDonald just outside and Burger King a walk away and a superMarket a walk away, esso a 5 drive away. 40mins away from Paris city centre

Hot water cut off at 11pm / hair dyers not working had to get one from reception for €20 / parking €5. Rooms nice and hot electric heaters amazing

Nothing about this b&b

This is my 3rd time in Paris and this time was disappointed. Stay away from this b&b, staff are arrogant. They gave us room 310 which is family and we went to reception to tell them the WiFi is not working. He asked us what room and we told him it’s room 310. He replied “oh yes, that room WiFi don’t work”. Then why give us that room when you know it’s family and we mentioned we have 2 children who will be using iPads. We asked to be moved into another room and he said he can’t help either. They just shrug their shoulder and don’t even bother to verbally say the words. The shower was cold in that room too. If one of us took shower then we would have to wait around 30-45 mins to the water to be warm again. They ignored us. Absolute disappointment. Stay away from this place!!!!!

The breakfast was on the minimal side, but I have to leave early and the staff went out of their way to put a breakfast package together for me. I could not override the staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Once again, I cannot speak too highly of the hotel. Well, it's essentially in the middle of nowhere, it's relatively close to the airport and was the cheapest one I could find. It ended up being much much better than I had expected.

Perfect location. Shopping centre was near. McDo on the other side of the road. Disneyland around 30mins away. It was the cheapest accommodation at the time we booked. We were 4(2 adults, 2 kids), one bedroom apartment was ok for us as we stayed for 3 nights. Kids slept on sofabed. Little kitchenette was ok, we didn't cook though. Had cutlery and utensils. Our apartment was clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. You get baguette, croissants, pain au chocolat, cornflakes, juice, yoghurt, fruit compote. There's a hot drink dispenser. We had baguette mainly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Had to pay for secure parking which is 5 euros per night. The're free parking on the road just in front of the hotel and was convenient but at times if you come late at night you might not find a parking.

Property was fine for what we needed, we were at the Olympics so we needed a bed! The prices were more then doubled , but to be expected when the city is hosting the games. Meet all needs, very basic and tired but did the job. Safe parking and a bus stop outside

We arrived and had to wait an hour because the reception was shut, earlier in the day we said we may arrive early, I was told this was ok but there would be a €15 early check in, what I wasn’t told was reception would be shut!!

The apartment was clean and the bathroom was a good size with a shower over the bath. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable
