Not much to say.

No AC, rooms are too small. We booked for two nights, but after checking into the hotel, we decided to stay only for one night and cancel the 2nd night booking because the accommodation is well below our expectation. The person in the check-in desk agreed and promised a full refund of one night and asked us to fill-up, sign and submit a form so that they can process the refund. It's been three days I believe but the refund is not processed yet. I do not see it refunded in my credit card. I sent them reminders through message service, but no answer. I wrote and sent a message to booking.com as well to follow up on this. But no response yet. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

Absolutely nothing except the receptionist

No AC, horribly suffocating heat in the room, food smell, no lift, the sink is next to the bed, very expensive...

Disappointing

Small bathroom, no lift, even going to room no lights we open the door with the darkness, toilet flush not working good.

I liked the location. Close to the Disney park. Easy to get to after a day at Disney before driving back to our holiday accommodation an hour of so away

I booked the room for one adult and two children stating their ages 11 and 14. The additional bed was not suitable for children over 6. Also the room was so small you had to side step around the foot of the bed. The bathroom was very strange. I was also charged tourist tax for my 14 year old son. I have stayed in much better Ibis budgets.

Breakfast food was nice.

Rooms are tiny. No lift !! And we’re out on the 3rd floor with pram & heavy suitcases when they knew child was going to be there. No help was offered up to our room. At breakfast we didn’t know there was high chairs for my toddler(couldn’t see any).. my toddler then ran into the edge of the table and spilt his eyebrow open !! No staff spoke English at breakfast which didn’t help. First thing they brought out was a high chair.. and then came with tissues and a plaster. His eyebrow was burst and pouring with blood. No help was offered and no accident form was brought to fill out.. which I don’t understand. We ordered an Uber to Disney and he got seen there and got butterfly stitches & it cleaned properly. Staff were pretty useless in this situation at the hotel which is a shame.

lovely staff and brilliant customer service. especially the lady at reception was very accommodating and helpful. excellent transport links.

rooms where a little depressing and outdated. could do with an upgrade and deep clean but you get what you pay for.

The bathroom was very small. No remote for TV. The room is very small for 3 people. The staff are very helpful.

It’s suitable for only one bed.

Staff were intimidating and threatening, the hotel was unsafe with no locks on bedroom doors, there where lots of suspicious people in the hotel foyer and around the hotel they surrounded us an I felt unsafe to the point of tears when we tried to leave the hotel staff became threatening an insistent that we enter a dark corridor alone with him my partner managed to push past him an we got in our car an drove away!

Good with the price

It was boiling hot inside probably the week I have visited France was very hot weather so you have to keep in your head their is no Aircon

Location was good as was the price.

The smell coming from the shower drain in the bathroom and lack of pillows on the bed.Also no air con.

Free parking, good localisation to travel to Paris or Disneyland, nice staff in the hotel.

Breakfast was not as good as was promoted, plaster was falling down from the ceiling on our personal belongings, making them dirty, the remote to TV had a Netflix button, however that was not a smart tv so there was no Netflix (wtf?), it was weird that there was no closing to the toilet in the bathroom so there was no room to put any clothes when you want to take a shower.

Staff were very helpful, clean and nice buffet breakfast.

Location wasn't great, fine if you have your own transport, bus 7 regular Monday - Friday. Saturday hourly only and not sure if there is any bus on a Sunday. Bathroom very small.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood so we were able to sleep with the windows open. Super kind staff that were very helpful.

15 minute taxi from town, no air conditioning, very small, tight rooms with the sink in the main living area, no elevator.

Bathroom very small. Location was OK if you had your own transport but otherwise not great. Bus 7 leaves from just outside the premises regularly but on Saturdays it is only hourly and I'm not sure if that bus runs on a Sunday..
