Free parking cool rooms with big tv

I wished we had a king/queen bed instead of joining 2 beds.Or it would have been covered by 1 sheet.Its just my perception though.Everything was fine

The receptionist is very friendly. She greets us very well. The hotelroom is very clean, facilities are very convenience. Parking space is available

Location with easy on and off the freeway. The tall ceilings and the large lobby. The showers has tons of pressure and hot water. We were very happy to see there was a mini refrigerator. The Hotel serves breakfast until 10:00 and 11:00 the weekends. Underground parking is HUGE and secure. We booked the Quiet Room. (Be sure to book the Quiet Room otherwise the freeway is noisy if your room faces the freeway)

Maybe less of a fee to park underground. 10 Euros would be more reasonable versus 20.

Affordable room in Swiss, coffee in the room, minibar, good size room.

Noisy as it is near the highway. After cleaning, a lot of mosquitos were in the room. Nothing really near the location. No smoking facilities outdoor even if the room was right next to the terrase.

Only one staff girl named Noor was helpful and the manager , apart from them every other staff was rude and unprofessional

They don’t provide you basic necessity like WATER My son got an allergic reaction on his entire body as bed sheets weren’t clean and not changed even for a single day ..! Not recommended at all

Rooms are well furnished and very clean, check in fast and professional, staff are so friendly

Toni the breakfast guy was extremely friendly and did everything to make sure we were satisfied

Sticky air, when open the window it was very very loud direct on the highway. Never never again,Waist of money to stay there.

Very modern, clean and quiet. Convenient to businesses in Cham and Zug. Good breakfast selection and the restaurant has lots of good options for dinner.

Not walking distance to anything. Need a car or taxi or take the bus.

Extremely clean and comfortable. I booked a family room and we had 2 rooms with two bathrooms, connected by a hallway. We arrived late and they managed to serve us a dinner. Absolutely suggested.

Spacious clean rooms. Breakfast, the fact the there is a reception unlike many places around that you have to manage with codes

The noise from the nearby motorway is distrurbing if you do not have earplugs.Not an easy transport to the train station.

Very friendly staff, the menu options in the restaurant were decent and the food was good quality. I also liked the size of the room, very spacious and clean.

The beds are not very comfortable, the pillows really give zero support and the room was very warm. This really needs to be improved!

Room size of the studio was fantastic. Breakfast we great. Parking just outside. Food in the restaurant was really delicious.
