Disappointing experience – would not recommendThis hotel appears to be primarily intended for seasonal workers, and unfortunately, the service reflects that. We arrived well before the official reception closing time, only to find ourselves locked out with no way to check in. What’s worse, the hotel management or owners were completely unreachable—no one answered the phone, and they didn’t respond to messages informing them we were outside.

The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Thry friendly & helpful.

The location was a bit far grom the motowau for my purposes.

I like it because I was only booked for 1 night. Can't tell much. The room was clean, good, comfortable.

There were little bit options for breakfast. They don't even have omelet, sausagess or frikadeln / beacons. etc. They just have breads, sliced tomatoe cheese, sliced cucumbers, cereals. The cups for drink coffee were also too small.

Wi-Fi was below standard, it was working around the lobby but not from the room, and breakfast again was very limited

The location is very good, the staff is very friendly, transportation is very comfortable and easy, I will use it again for my travels in this region.

Did the job for a quick stay near Dortmund. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was really quiet, beautifull view, the bed was like sinking very comfy to sleep in, we got the balkony, staff were very nice.

The room.i choose was looking super fancy and has a bath tube.the room i got was super cheap and simple room with small shower (im.very big)The breakfast i saw on pictures is full of everything and very reach.instead of it i got realy pour breakfast.on dinner you have choise of burgers and pizza.The room window is in from.of the road.noisy.Rooms need renovating.I was too tired to ask something.But in general what did i want for 54 euro?)))Its fair price for this but not fair to make wrong pictures.

Easy to reach and access to the property.Plenty of Parking.Breakfast starts at 7AM in the weekend as well, which makes it ideal.

The hotel need to have renovation and clean up.

Very noisy because the room directly at the stress and even thr windows is closed we hear the car noise the whole night long :-(

My room was small but when i asked to change my room they accepted without asking or complaining anything.
