Relais Masseria Serritella

I don’t even know where to begin!! I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat. The grounds are breathtaking the rooms are clean , the pool area is just a few steps away from our room, which was so convenient and beautiful !Breakfast was included and Paolo made sure we weren’t missing a thing from omelettes to deserts!Antonella and Valentina were so hospitable and so welcoming it made it more personable. They taught us a little bit about the history of the grounds and we fell in love with it even more! Monopoli is about 20 min and Alberobello about 15 min . Everywhere we went to visit was close by. It had that beautiful farmhouse ,country feeling like A little resort getaway we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. This is above and beyond my expectations!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Relais Masseria Serritella. The accommodations suited our needs perfectly, the breakfast was very good and the location is a great base for exploring southern Puglia. We found wonderful restaurants in the town of Castellana, all walking distance from Relais Masseria Serritella

What a fantastic hotel! This hotel only has a few rooms so the pool and the garden makes that you get a feeling of exclusivity. The rooms are great. The location is a little outside and they do not serve dinner but there is an excellent pizzeria 2 walking minutes away and several other good restaurants nearby. Parking is free and well protected. Staff is great and because they had a big party (with some noise) to cater for, the offered a free bottle of wine. All very friendly. Breakfast was ok - well enough for me.

Very modern and well equipped rooms overlooking the garden and pool. Parking within the property. Walking distance of cafe and dinner restaurant. Nice breakfast. Great staff

The staff are very kind and helpful. The jacuzzi is awesome.It is clean. Good parking. Great breakfast.

Staff were very transactional no warmth whatsoever - no food/drinks available to buy on site.

Andonela is best !!! All is wonderfull! The breakfast and stay tuned at 2.00 if they have weeding near. You will see best closing party after event in pool! amazing experiense.

It was really clean and we really liked the setup of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and really tasty. The hotel was perfect if you are looking for something relaxing and calm.

Pool area is beautiful, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful.

Clothes storage insufficient and need mirror/dressing table.Weddings/events take priority so very limited contact with staff. Would be nice to be able to purchase drinks/snacks for around pool.

Grand place, garden, pool parking. All well kept and clean.

Breakfast could have fresh cooked eggs.

It’s not an hotel it’s a wedding hall. We spent two days and two night during all days there was some noises until midnight ( music very louder)!!! If you want to relax and to rest, forget!!!!

The exterior - lot of trees, grass, swimming pool. Large parking. The interior needs some improvements (furniture, walls) - but it is clean. Location - 10 minutes walking for Grotte di Castellana, fast acces by car to the significants cities of Puglia... 4 to 5 stars for exterior, 3 stars for interior, 5 stars for price.

To much noise - actually it is a place for events; weddings almost everyday, louder music till 11-12 pm. The breakfast is a bad joke....

The grounds of the masseria are very beautiful.There is a pool and a big private parking.

If you looking to relax it's not the place. There were weddings every night of our stay and the noise is SO LOUD until midnight. Also, we couldn't enjoy the pool in the afternoon because we were asked to move because of the wedding. The hot tubs were always closed. The room is not very clean. There are insects all over the table. The furniture is old and not in good condition.

The property is beautiful, with little walks, nooks and crannies to explore and wonderful little rustic details that create an amazing atmosphere. Biggest KUDOZ go to the staff! Friendly, accommodating, helpful and always ready with a smile. Breakfast was delightful and plentiful, with awesome cappuccino to boot. As for the room, the view to the pool and jacuzzi in the bathroom made it a stay to remember. Am looking forward to my next visit!

The only unfortunate happening was the death of the WiFi... Everybody did their best to fix the issue, experts were called late in the evening, alas, I left before the problem was solved. I guess it's the good ole Masseria telling us to disconnect once in a while. ;)

Perfect spot to visit Puglia. Good service.
