Klass Hotel

The staff is very friendly, but they are understaffed. The ladies were super nice and tried to manage at their best the situation.The hotel is okay, but it needs a bit of an update.

The breakfast has a good variety. There is the option to have the dinner menu for a convenient price with a main and second course + a side + water + 1 extra beverage + espresso coffee all included. The room is big enough and really comfortable, exposed to the sun which is great. The location is only 35 minutes from Jesi, 30 minutes from Senigallia and Ancona, and only 10 kilometers to the beauties Sirolo and Numana. Great place to stay either for work or tourism.

Good facility and calm place. Modern designe and big room. The wide balcony let me have a quick exercise freely. This hotel served also slippers for us. Amazing.

Caffè macchiato at breakfast was really saure. I couldn't drink it up.The balcony was wide but lacking of mood or something.It seemed that the balcony is not finished yet…

In a good position for our travels & a very nice breakfast.

The room was dirty, the shower had black mould in it, there was a hole in one of the sheets.

Room size and proximity to the beach

Not really clean, the backyard with the swimming pool was not that nice. Early in the morning we we’ve been woken up by the noise of cleaning service. The breakfast service was really confusing.

Hotel needs some tender loving care. The facilities could and should be improved if the hotel wants to strive and atract clients. The back of the hotel, pool area, feels very neglected and needs a designer's touch. This hotel has a lot of potential. Try to work on that so the value is correct and worth the stay.

Everything OK.

Very good breakfast even with eggs prepared by the chef. Good location on the street with easy parking, perfect for business travel.

The room is ok, cleaned but there were a mould like stain on the roof. But the only annoying thing is the air conditioner, which even when put on "off" (not "auto"), started operating again at about 5am.

The breakfast was good and so it is the personal I had the chance to talk to. It was a short stay, so couldn't enjoy much more of the hotel or the surroundings.

The room was a bit tight for 4 people.

That Air conditioning was controlled by the front desk. The air was ok in one of our room but the other had basically no air conditioning at all. Not as clean as it should have been for the money.

Hotel has, although small in size, managed to squeeze everything within the rooms and facilities.Our breakfast was wonderful and fulfilling and the staff were very polite, willing and helpful!

The area located is right on the highway, there is no covering in the parking i.e. car exposed to sun and rain and the pool is exceptionally small and shallow (looks much larger in the wide shot photos). I assume the price reflected August high season as it was very high.

Facilities, staff, breakfast... Overall 10/10.
