Located on the Lungomare Trieste promenade in Caorle, Park Hotel Pineta Boutique Hotel features free WiFi, heated swimming pool in the garden and free bike rental. A private beach area is available at a surcharge. Access to the private beach area is available for a supplement of €25 per day, including a beach umbrella and two loungers. The swimming pool will be available starting March 26, 2026. each costs 25euro/day. Swimming pool is active from April BUT HEATED FROM 1ST MAY 2026. The air-conditioned rooms come with an LCD TV, mini-bar and bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. All rooms have a balcony and some overlook the Adriatic Sea. A varied buffet breakfast is included. The restaurant serves local dishes. Pineta Park Hotel also features an internal courtyard with a garden and a heated pool, terrace and fitness center. Sports such as golf, mini golf and outdoor and indoor tennis are within a walking distance from the hotel. The cities of Venice and Udine are a 1-hour drive away and parking on site is available.

- We travelled with our 2 little dachshunds and it was an ideal accomodation for us. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay :)

- The air conditioning is a bit difficult to regulate - manual control
- The bathroom+toilet is catastrophic, so small that you even can't turn. Two people at the same time, no chance! The bathroom facilities are 30years old. There is a huge step between bathroom and bedroom. -> Shows a complete failed and incompetent planning during the construction of the building. 4-star ratet hotel with such a bathroom+toilet is no-go! Not even a key or locking-option is existing for the toilet-/bathroom.Parking is not good also.
