there was absolutely nothing with the hotel

Location, breakfast

Well, I did book two different rooms, one of them the belt for the window broke right away, in the same room the AC wasn't working so had to move family to a different room late in the night, also the terrace was dirty, from bird poops . In the other room there were a lot of ants..

Access to both beach and town is good

You can choose between rooms with street view, partial sea view and full sea view. We booked a room with full sea view but got rooms on the side of the building with view into another building from the room (photo attached). Only from the balcony you could see the sea. Staff were very rude and non-accommodating when we acquired about the mistake and did nothing to explain this. Furthermore, in our booking confirmation it said that beach chairs were included for free. The hotel said it was a mistake by Booking and that we had to pay for it. Only after serious discussions about whether you should get what is included the booking, we got the beach chairs and were told they had now exceptionally given us this for free. The hotel is run down - we had toilet seats that were broken, a/c out of order etc. It was fixed after asking if they could assist, but we spent quite some time trying to get these things sorted out.

Good location for beach and restaurants, good breakfast, great frendly staff.

Room was small and in need of update. Damp/ musty smell from the bathroom.

What I really liked was the friendly attitude of the staff and their willingness to help me get the room key even late at night.

I arrived in Caorl on a business trip from Geneva, but since there were several problems on the way, I was afraid that I would not be able to collect the key to the guest room, because there is no one at the reception after 22:30.

Hotel right on the beach, excellent breakfast, parking in the parking house. Daily change of towels. We were satisfied.

Vienna Hotel is the best, close to everything. Good breakfast and dinner. For dinner we had soup, salad and a lot of fish and pasta. The Hotel is very clean, the staff was very kind. Thanks!

Close to the beach and the center. each room has sun loungers on the beach. Breakfast and dinner were appropriate to the hotel category. Place for a car in a nearby parking house. Nice staff.

Missing small fridge in room Not very tasty coffee and cappuccino. Breakfast was not offered buffet style - food on request from staff....for each request you had to stand in the line!!!! I think in terms of the size of the restaurant this could have been solved in a different way.

Staying in Vienna hotel was simply fantastic! Everyone was very kind, the room was very clean, food was excellent (lunches&dinners), great location (next to the beach, 5 minutes of walking to the city center)...just heavenly! I strongly reccomend it in case you decide to spend vacations in Caorle! Thanks to everyone in the hotel for the hospitality and kindness! You are the best! Ursa
