- A bit of noise from the upper floor from guests and some equipment even after 11pm.
- I cannot think of something I did not like. Breakfast is simple but good! The beach is private and the bed/umbrella is reserved for you every day of the stay! But it is around 500 meters away from the hotel, so you’ll have to walk (which is not a problem). The beach is perfect for kids- sandy and not deep!

It’s not that far away from the beach, it looks very nice and clean
The only nitpick I have is that there was no power outlet next to the bed

Fantastic hotel managed by people who take care of their guests, so you can enjoy your holiday. Spacious and renovated room with large balcony. Good breakfast with ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, fruits etc. Few minutes walk to the beach, sunbeds included. Competitive price for dinner and very tasty dishes. Do not hesitate to taste glasses of wine as they are here excellent with reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, with an amazing staff! Stayed one day, and for the price, I was surprised with the quality of the room and breakfast.
The location is perfect! Close to the beach and to Caorle. Breakfast absolutely fabulous and the owner Giovanna the most helpful and lovely person I've ever met in an hotel.
