The room did not have a provision to make own coffee. At least a cattle for boiling water itand complimentary drinking water would be most appreciated.

Location, cleanliness and staff

There are no provisions of any utensils for making one's own breakfast/meal since they have no functional restaurant and their breakfast is expensive.

Excellent stopover destination with easy access to a bus stop to get to the center. Friendly receptionist.

Not having a glass, tea cup and a kettle and some tea bags in the room which is quite usual with many hotels

The room was clean and well-organized. Very comfortable. The staff was also excellent.

The location is a bit far from the metro.

Comfortable room

Not so good breakfast - no vegetable and a few fruits. Staffs were not helpful. As result - good but not great, during conference it is expensive.

Basic, comfortable, clean, and as expected. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

No issues

Parking was complicated with no direct connection to the hotel, no parking in front to get the luggage out, perfect if on foot, by bus, with a carry on, not for 2 traveling by car with suitcases. Not again.

The water pressure was excellent! The beds were comfy.

The staff was the least helpful they could be. The evening staff, in particular was just rude. The day shift gentleman was wonderful but the rest of the staff acted very inconvenienced to even have to talk to us. The room was tiny-especially for the price.

Rooms were clean and there was parking. For the price and a quick overnight stay, it was OK

The location wasn’t great and hallway carpets could be cleaner. The bathrooms were small and shower curtains a bit short and water leaked onto the floors as a result.

I arrived late, booked the parking. But at arrival not clear where to park.

Location was ok near other hotels. Breakfast was relatively poor and does not deserve the price.

Wifi was off a few times. Breakfast below average.

Parking onsite. Disabled room was spacious and comfortable. Easy to get around with a wheelchair.

24X7 staff was there to help

Facilities such as toilteries, water bottles, kettle along with creamer, teabags, coffee etc were expected

Good location, close to the convention center. Clean in the room, regularly cleaned.

Small amenities were missing, such as a hair dryer, kettle, bottled water. I thought this was standard, but apparently not everywhere. But there was a bed and a shower, so minimum met.

Location very convenient for Conference Centre and bus into town. Plus a few supermarkets and places to eat nearby. Shower was nice and powerful and bed was very comfortable. Room was only cleaned once during stay. Room very small with one bin which quickly became overloaded as not emptied each day. Few places to put or hang things. Hair dryer available but had to request from reception. Only shower gel provided in bathroom.

Very good hôtel, the staff are very friendly. Hôtel clean and with comfortable bed. Near Palais des Congrès 8 min by walking distance.
