Property was in Good location and was clean etc.

No access to the bar or food on the Saturday night.

Location and staff were very nice, clean room, all amenities ok.

Very nice hotel with good access and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten even better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff also very nice and helfpul.

The elevator and the corridors could benefit from a little bit more comfort in terms of temperature, it was somehow cold considering the negative temperatures outside.

The most amazing was the staff. Professional, helpful, and attentive to the guests. No words can say thanks to Nabil in the reception. one of the best receptionist I have seen ever

After we left, my daughter complained that the towels in her room (507) were used, and the trashcans were full when checking into the room. This is not acceptable.

Very friendly and empathetic staff! The reception was 24h. Comfortable and clean rooms, cleaned daily. Cold drinking water dispenser in the lobby. Breakfast food options are varied. Close location to the congress centre. There was a little desk in the room and in the lobby to sit down with a laptop.

The breakfast area could have been maintained better - the coffee machine ran out of milk, so cafe latte was just black coffee. There were dry, chocolate spread-stained knives in the clean cutlery stack. The room was smaller than expected. The reception staff made some technical errors twice with the payment - no harm done at the end, but the process to sort it out was a bit complicated and prolonged. Quite far from the city centre and nothing much was in the hotel's neighbourhood.

This hotel has an underground parking and you can go there straight from your floor. Rooms are OK, we didn't expect more.

There is a railroad next to the hotel and if you want to have some fresh air and open the window - be prepared that these trains are really noisy.

Saying the rooms have air conditioning is blatant false advertising, as at the time of year I visited, it was "switched off" and couldn't be turned on until some arbitrary date in the future. This meant the rooms were incredibly warm and stuffy, with the only option to open the window at night. When the window was open, you had to deal with the train noise, which was basically all night. Most staff were quite unfriendly and had a very don't care attitude. It always felt like the guests were somehow disturbing the employees with their questions or requests. Price is high for the location and the standard of the rooms.

Rooms very small and like a furnace no air conditioning working and no fans either . Right beside train line so when went to open window so could breath the noise was terrible . Staff nice breakfast ok for 3 star but overall not a great stay as did not sleep well due to noise and suffocating air in a cramped room.

It‘s a good walking distance to the fair and you can open the window.It’s directly at the train track which makes it noisy. The bath is one of these plastic cabins, is smells a little bit in the hotel.

Stay away not worth the...

Too expensive. I booked a twin room but when I arrived as a solo traveler they downgraded me to a small room and didn’t refund the difference. No tea or coffee in room no water no tissues. I know Ibis is basic but this is going too far. The food in the restaurant was not good but
