TRIBE Lyon Croix Rousse

The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and cosy. The staff were friendly and responsive.

A little far from the old town and tourist attractions. Nothing much around the area.

The hotel interior is minimal and pretty. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly and there was always someone available. It has a restaurant which came in handy as everything around was closed for the holiday. The food was good although the menu was limited. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety although it did not change for our full 4 day stay. The room was comfy and everything was super clean, including the toilet.

They had forgotten that we asked for a crib but rectified this quickly and on our last day, we asked for an early breakfast as our flight was before breakfast time and they refused us. That was a first to me in a hotel and I didn't appreciate it. It would've been nice to have a fridge in the room to store some snacks for our kid. The area we were in was nice but walking back from the city center means you have a steep hill to climb.

The location was excellent, right next to the metro, which saved us from walking up the hill back to the hotel. It’s also close to a big park, I recommend renting bikes nearby and riding through it or go around the city. There’s a supermarket just across the street, which was very convenient. The room met my expectations as per Accor’s standards: spacious, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff and even a gym. The breakfast, though for an extra cost, was definitely worth it.

We arrived by car, and while the hotel offers parking, it comes at an additional cost. It would have been nice if it was complimentary, we paid about 40 euros for two nights. However, it is not a big dealbreaker, I would choose it again if it comes as option.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. There's a bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to the large city park. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It was easy to log into YouTube to watch videos. Shower needs a little maintenance but it was still much cleaner than most places I've stayed.

Some maintenance in the bathrooms. No refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold, but the staff provided cups of ice when requested. The heat is not always strong when cold outside.

Everything was excelent. I would definetely return here and recommend it to all my friends. The staff was extra nice, the rooms were cosy, the neighbourhood seemed safe

I was impressed by the hotel's modern design and cozy atmosphere. The room was chic and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant - warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is a bit removed from the city center, but the subway makes it easy to reach downtown Lyon.

My only real challenge was the bed - it was unusually high, which made getting in and out a bit awkward. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if accessibility is important to you.

Nice and spacious room! The hotel is clean, well located and beautiful. I loved the shower and the bed was really comfortable. Bus stop is just in front of the property.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: nicely designed rooms and halls, super friendly staff, tranquilent neighborhood with the parc and pleasant views of the city. We appreciated Kevin Murphy as the hotel cosmetic line as well as a great bar and WiFi

I would definitely recommend staying at Tribe Lyon. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel! I really enjoyed the gym, which seemed like a rare amenity compared to other hotels in the area - though it was a bit small it was well air conditioned and had enough equipment for a mid-vacation workout. We stayed during a heat wave and the AC in the room was wonderful.

What a hidden gem in the Croix Rousse area of Lyon. Very stylish hotel and clean. It's on the top of the Croix Rousse but you could access by metro, bus (bus 38 is just opposite to the hotel ). I would recommend to take metro during summer for shorter waiting time.Awesome view from our window and quiet even with the city view. Breakfast is delicious though with limited choice but it's very good quality and has fresh fruits including gluten free bread & berries that not all boutique hotels provide. I'm also impressed about leafy tea and the tea filter cup. We will stay here again.

The open module wardrobe - for hygiene problem it's best to keep the suitcase and clothes in a closet rather just( next to the door. Pillows are too soft for us.

Loved everything about the hotel, it's very close to Cross-Rouge area in Lyon and have multiples types of transportation very close, both bus and metro are maybe a couple of blocks away, the design of the hotel, the restaurant was incredible, staff was very nice and spoke both english and spanish that made our communication easier. Would definitely love to come back

The gym could have a little more equipment but for a few days is okay, besides that everything was great

Very chic little hotel with good public facilities. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Parking was very easy and secure.

All was ok , except the fact restaurant is closed the weekend and that you can’t have any food whithout going out of hostel It was very painful for me after my eyes surgery

The pillows are not comfortable. Considering the overall quality this would be an easy fix.
