It was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Bus stop just outside to take you straight into the city centre about 15 minutes ride.

The rooms were very small and extremely basic. No hairdryer even attached to the wall. The twin beds were pretty narrow suitable for a small to average sized person. Not suitable for those who like to relax in their rooms and like some room. One very small pillow provided. Beds very hard. The bathroom shower suitable for a small to average size person, Towels were also very small and only one each.

The room in general is nice.

We arrived late at night and there was no bed sheets. We had to ask for them, but there was only one available (we had two beds). So one of us had to sleep without sheets.. Also, we got charged by Booking AND the hotel, so we paid for the rooms twice. I still dont have a reimbursement, when I asked several times.

This was the most economical and practical accommodation.Good cleanliness, breakfast was simple and good, very kind customer service, always ready to help, the street is very safe and a lot of fast foods around, just 8 min walk from Lyon congress centre.

The room was clean, the wifi worked ok and the chekout times were ideal.

There was a misunderstanding with the staff (a guy) regarding breakfast arrangements and they were rude and didn't solve our problem, blaming us. The rest of the staff was respectful. The pipes from the sink were dripping. Breakfast was sometimes not restocked.

Was clean. Staff were lovely. Abit small the rooms but ok for 1 night.

Was originally booked for 2 triples rooms but got there only got a double and a triple. Abit disappointed

It's located in a good area with some good local eateries, a few stores and on Sunday there is a local flea market, you can walk down to the river. The staff were also really nice we went twice on our trip down to Italy once in summer, it was very hot but we had good AC and once In winter, it was cold so we asked staff for a heater and they gave us one which made the room warm. Also there is a bus stop right out front.

It's a bit far from the city centre but that's fine, it was more local and there is a bus stop out front to get to the train station and centre

I liked the room itself, it was pretty good. Can't say anything about parking since I didn't use it.

The breakfast was insufficient and not tasty. The dishes and cutlery seemed a little bit dirty. And they have some problem regarding Booking/their booking system integration, so it took us 30 mins to check-in: at first they were trying to get the payment for the room (that I already did through Booking months ago), then they made us to pay more for breakfast. Was weird.

Friendly staff, and an inexpensive room were highlights of this trip. Luckily, I received a recently refurbished room. There are a couple small neighborhood grocery stores nearby.

The hotel was refurbishing so they were doing reconstructions on the hotel rooms at multiple floors. The rooms were basic, small, however aircon or fresh air was best achieved by opening the window (no real AC or ventilation otherwise). Most of the other stores of city center are a little while away and takes some public transport or walking. (Luckily public transport is well arranged in Lyon)

Renovations were underway and noise from workman. However we were warned prior of this .

It had AC. Breakfast was good.

It didn't have any facilities in particular.No Refrigerator,No Water Boiler,Extremely small bathroom,However these can be justified due to the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. Free car parking was a great advantage.

I cannot say that the rooms were clean because there were cobwebs in the room. The third bed was not ready. They only left the sheets on it. Also, the toilet seat was broken. There is no soap but just shampoo. Ibis unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

First room allotted , dock lock was broken, shower lock was broken In the second room also door lock was broken and had to wait quite a while for it to be fixed. Cleanliness of the shower was not up to the mark.

Very Close to public transport leading to the main points as Bellecour,part Dieu or Caluire mall

Phone Adaptateur rented out for 20€ ,I think that was quite an abuse.☹️Bathroom tray brokenBathroom mats not provided.

Nothing special

No sign for parking outside, parking was extra charged, even my small dog and rabbit were extra charged, the light in the room doesn't work even in the bathroom the light was not working. The lift don't serve the parking so you have to carry ur luggage from -2 to the ground floor.The coffee machine doesn't work, there was no catling system in the room, no coffee no tea. No soap in the bath there was only 1 bottle of shampoo fixed to the wall of the tub.

Very poor quality hotel and unhygienic as well

The room was dirty and old. I felt very bad and uncomfortable staying at Ibis Budget

I was disappointed by the fact that my booking was not refunded.Although this was informed in prior notice the need to consider some inconvenience.

My request for refund was being rejected
