The room is comfortable and the staff are quite friendly.Breakfast was good.

The location is a bit far from the city centre. It was not an issue for us as we are looking for something near the station.

Location. Just a few minutes walk to the train station and bars and restaurants.Breakfast included.

The room was clean, warm, and large enough with a nice small shower. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, The breakfast was amazing. The owner even prepared a sandwich for me to take on my day trip to Seborga. She was very helpful with suggestions for what to do in the area and where to eat.

The hotel owner is very kind, gentle and calm. Her hotel is a classic and very beautiful building built 200 years ago. The ceiling is high and beautiful decorated, so you will be enchanted by its beauty. This town is a small but Luxury residential area. So very quiet and safe. She explained the architectures and gardens of Bordighera in great detail. The villa of Charle Garnier, who designed the Opera House in Monaco and the Opera House in Paris, is near her hotel. She is so kind that hotel is very relaxing. Her hotel is classic, beautifully maintained and wonderful. It is perfect for those who like classical architecture and want to relax. I’d like to stay again, of course!

Comfortable room with a nice breakfast and hosts with an exceptional sense of hospitality.

The style of the hotel is a little old-fashioned and will not suit those looking for modern facilities but this is more than made up by the friendliness and helpfulness of the people

Brilliant staff,brilliant location and brilliant breakfasts..what not to like!

A lovely old traditional hotel with the charm that comes with that. Great location set amongst villas and trees, 10 minutes to the sea and 15 to the restaurant area. Safe parking and we were offered a garage for the car. Breakfast was amazing, coffee was really good, pastries, various breads cheese and other goodies, yoghurt fruit. Big bedrooms with very comfortable beds and we had balconies. Really highly recommended this lovely family run hotel where the staff couldn't do enough for you to make sure you are welcome.

Some noise from the room above but I slept with earplugs so not a problem.

Linda and her team provide a perfect relaxing break..in a quiet retreat in a busy town…and wonderful breakfasts…I always want to come back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was an easy walk into town from the hotel.

Parking outside the hotel could have been a problem. It is on the street and it was used by local residents. We were lucky that there was ONE parking space when we arrived and not too far from the hotel. The room was a bit tight for space and the bathroom even more so.

A haven of calm with a beautiful secluded garden which lovely my room with a small balcony overlooked.The owner is very attentive and kind and I wish my plans had allowed me to stay another night.Location is good 5 minutes from the centre of Bordighera. Continental breakfast was perfect with fruits,cold meats and sweet things.

We arrived at the hotel with our bicycle and the staff was very helpful in having us on the ground floor where we could easily roll our bicycle inside the room. Positive vibes all around. The hotel is located in an old riviera type of building, with a great atmosphere and a huge garden.

Unfortunately, the huge garden and the nice Cra Cra Cra of the frogs had a downside, 4 season mosquitoes! Bring with you a good mosquito repellent.

Great location, lovely garden, large room, nice balcony, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels, adequate breakfast.

Spacious room with small terrace..my 2nd visit and was lovely to be back.Excellent location only 5 minutes from all the restaurants and shops..and only 10 minutes to the sea! Madame is always helpful and accommodating.

Bathing facilities could be improved.

Great location, 5-10 min's walk from the wonderful old city center. The hotel staff welcomes you with that typical warm Italian hospitality. Great value.

The pillows where a little hard, but after mentioning this to the staff they were immediately replace by softer ones. First class service!
