The breakfast is OK but a little bit more elaborated would be appreciable. e.g with some vegetables, beans, pancakes...

The location was quiet and there was a secure garden at the back for our dogs to have a run. The staff, in particular Pierre and Kahina, were extremely helpful and very professional. They made our stay lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thankyou

Perfectly located, very close to the motorway, but not at all noisy, in a quiet, landscaped area, a correct family hotel with clean, tidy rooms, excellent price/quility ration. Perfect breakfast, with a quality savoury breakfast life selection, rare in a "sea of French croissants", especially in this price range. Hot breakfast dishes (scrambled eggs/omelettes, ham and sausages) with cold savoury dishes, fine cheeses, ham, fresh baguettes. For sweet breakfast lovers it is also very pleasant, obviously croissants, delicious small pancakes you could fill with premium homemade jams, hazelnut cream. For those who like an cereal breakfast there are also delicacies, fresh fruit and a very tasty strawberry and berry fruit salad. Breakfast coffee from a proper coffee machine and special praise for the extra flavour free, natural, delicious nara juice and another.Excellent large fenced gated parking, in front of the entrance, with quick and easy access to the rooms. The exact opposite is the back garden, where you are transported to a garden reminiscent of rural France a hundred years ago, beautiful mature trees, a cozy little pond, a vegetable garden like my grandmother's, almost a dream world in this age of modern grass-meadow combo minimalism. Unfortunately, it was January, so we could enjoy little of the garden due to the early darkness and the damp cold, but in the other seasons it can be a paradise to sit out in the garden and relax. On an early evening arrival home you don't have to worry about what you're doing in the hotel, a fair little bar with 2 types of premium Belgian draught beer and a rich selection of bottled beers is all we were looking for what was available in the winter in the playhouse style lounge, a neat pool table that doubles as a ping pong table, darts, foosball and a variety of activities if you're coming with younger.

I was not hot in the public spaces, but some people were wearing T-shirts, probably as Hungarians we are used to being warmer.

The pictures on booking.com shows two single beds and a double bed for the family room. We got a double bed and two sofa beds one was so hard kids did not sleep on it.

We were welcomed by super friendly staff, they spoke English very well. Family room was spacious. We enjoyed roomservice and several options for breakfast. We only stayed one night in transit and found the hotel so convenient that we cancelled another booking for our return trip to stay here again.

The gate of the parking was already closed at my arrival (just after 10pm) and there were no clear instructions to open it or to call the reception.

Very friendly staff. We got a free upgrade and information about restaurants nearby. That was very helpful because it is hard to find an open restaurant on sunday. Nice and quiet place with a garden.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, understanding and very helpful. The fact that the parking lot was closed with a fence was very assuring too so we could leave the roof box on the car for this one night.

With the booking I asked, and we were assured to get a room on the ground floor because of luggage and pets, but on arrival we got a room on the first floor and had to move all our luggage and pets up the stairs. No elevator. If we would have known the promise was void we would have booked another hotel.

It was close to the equestrian centre and walking distance to food options. Right by the highway and close to supermarkets, laundry and train stations.

There was no air conditioning or hampers to dry clothes.

We were charged an over-inflated rate during the Olympics, the same we had paid for a luxury hotel in Paris during the same period. The hotel has no Aircon and is hot, stuffy and smelly. The family rooms are located in the eves on the third floor - with NO lift access. There are only velux windows on the slanted roof which meant that, when it was raining, the inside got wet. Also, we had to sleep with windows open as it was so hot and were woken up at sunrise. TV wasn’t working and no staff on site after 9pmTo help sort it. Would have been satisfied with facilities had we paid a quarter of the price, but for what they charged, it was disgraceful.

Friendly staff. No lift . No air con. The first room we were given smelled of sewage and one of the staff said she was not surprised. Another room was found for us. For a one night stop just adequate but only just. PS no food available before 7pm. At breakfast there was no cutlery, no eggs, no bacon, no serviettes…we had to wait for these to arrive. We were well in time for breakfast it’s just that other people had eaten everything etc.
