Ibis Styles Lille Marcq Baroeul Hotel

- Super friendly and helpful reception staff- OK breakfast- Electric car charger- Free parking

- They missed the cleaning our room first night.

The room was nice and comfortable although we were 3, breakfast was nice and the price was quite adorable. Quite great for our short stay.

Careful not to miss your tramway if you stay late in Lille otherwise it's a long walk from the metro. The room could use some more amenities.

Food reasonable, staff friendly, clean, very comfortable. Great location and easy to find.

Why no drink making facilities in the room? Surely this is the bare minimum now?

Great hotel with very friendly staff. A special shoutout to the guy in charge of breakfast—he truly deserves 10 stars! You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed for the kid—it wasn’t comfortable.

Nice and Tidy, clean with friendly staff

Staff /price/cleaness

Bathroom smells mood. Breakfast could offer bacon

Location

A little dated rooms staff were lovely and helpful top class people

Staff seemed friendly

Its flithly - bathroom is so bad we wouldn't use it. Pubic hair and grim

Free onsite parking was ideal, quiet area so peaceful at night.Good breakfast option included.Generally a Good hotel for the price

Not easy to find somewhere to eat close by, minimum 10-15 minute walk away so eat before you get there if later check in , the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant other than breakfast. Very basic but what you would expect on a budget. Drains did smell a little bit in the bathroom.

We found a room for the night on our drive south - day staff more friendly than very unhelpful desk at night

very awkward night receptionist - room very tatty - you are charged a deposit to stay which is not clearly explained why or when it will be returned. As it was, it was returned quickly but we were not expecting this at all. We were not even told about it - the evening desk just took it off our CC

room was clean, but quite small. Good breakfast, very friendly, attentive and helpful staff

Very convenient hotel for one night while traveling through France. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The big plus was the breakfast. Very good! Hotel is good value for money.

We wanted to use the restaurant, but it is closed on Friday (and the weekend). The room was okay, nice shower and the bed was fine. Bathroom a little old. The room is hard to darken.

Nice clean budget hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Super clean room, quiet location, big & comfortable bed. Nice shower.

A little way out of town but fortunately there is a tram station less than 10 minutes walk which takes into centre of Lille in about 15 minutes very pleasant ride & cheap. Paid for room taxes on arrival & then was asked again for room taxes on departure, no record kept of original transaction !

Staff was amazing, comfortable bed, good size room, breakfast ok, but No hut breakfast

No hut breakfast, can't make hut drink in the room, only 2 choices of 2 at the restaurant and open late, very hard when you are with children

Comfortable bed, we arrived late but everything went smoothly to check in. Excellent water pressure for the shower post Paris Roubaix challenge

Lively hotel with good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Problem we got was solved directly. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice, good selection of bread, ham, cheese etc. to go coffee mugs which was great if you don’t have so much time in the morning. Very clean rooms and comfy beds.

Bad

Out room hadn’t been made up, despite being 24 hour check in.when we arrived back after the game and checked in, our room was still not made up - no new bedding and a dirty room. when we complained this morning we couldn’t have a refund..

breakfast was excellent and diverse. beds were comfortable. Friendly reception.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Room had hair in the bath, hallways were also messy with dirt and rubbish on the floor.

Location was okay and friendly staff

No working light in bathroom. No air con. Family of 5 separated into two rooms. Noisy guests at night
