Arvena Reichsstadt Hotel

Nice hotel, good location, clean, nice people, no complaints.

The shower is small and awkward. But I have been to the area multiple times and will definitely stay here again if I come back.

The room was very clean and met my needs. The fan was much appreciated since it was so hot and you didn't offer air conditioning. Separate billing for meals charged to the room was appreciated. Staff was exceptional friendly and helopful.

Not having a topsheet for sleeping with the fan would have made it more comfortable because the cover was much to heavy and warm for how hot it was. Internet/Wi-Fi was sometimes weak and very slow.

There is another accommodation block across the road with no facilities and it is much more unpleasant to be in and the main block is locked up at night so you can’t even pop in for a beer

No car parking so had to pay in the car park which was expensive

I dislike the use of a flat sheet as a bottom sheet- it never stays tucked in!

Location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of the old town among all the all beautiful old buildings. It was a nice gesture to offer coupons for different establishments in Bad Windsheim. There is a parking location at the hotel. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast is sufficient and can be taken in a nice inner courtyard outside.

The hotel is dated and tired, everything looks well-used and out of time, from furniture to bathroom facilities. It would be a top hotel if renovated. The room under the roof was very hot, even at night.

I like that it was downtown and we could walk everywhere that we wanted.

The location is perfect, in the middle of town and a short walk from everywhere. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing - we would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money!

Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel is centrally located with decent parking.

Only complaint is the wifi in my room was not great, I had to go to the lobby to get on the wifi (overall not a big issue)

In one word: FANTASTIC. Very professional staff, excellent gastronomy, great location, fantastic experience.

that the heating was off at night but the staff where very apologetic and as I checked out I got a free gift for the heating not working
