Very helpful front desk staff, especially the gentleman with the beard. Lots of information was available on English which was great. Breakfast was good quality and open until 10:30. We bought glasses of wine in the bar to take to our room / balcony to drink. The bathroom was spacious and well designed. Providing robes and towels for the spa was great.

I was surprised that there was only a €1 discount on the spa entrance fee of you were a guest at the hotel. Loud banging on the door early in the morning asking to clean the room (no “do not disturb” notice to use).

The property is located next to a great spa and the staff was very nice.

The hotel is located in an area surrounded by senior living communities, making it feel somewhat isolated. The overall atmosphere of the hotel resembles that of a hospital, and the balconies overlook the parking lot, which isn’t the most appealing view. It felt a bit strange, but I have to say that a day at the spa made it worthwhile.

The parking was on-site, secure and the room was quit.

Location adjoining the Franken Therme was great. Room size was nice with a great bathroom and full size walk in shower. Staff was excellent wanting to help whenever asked. Great breakfast in the morning.

I debated posting this as German norms on smoking are different than what we are used to in the states. The last thing I want to imply is that North American norms should apply. The property does not have ac. Again unfortunate but not necessarily unusual. The problem lies in smoking being allowed on the balconies. With no ac our room was hot. We could not open the balcony window/door at night because the occupants in the room next to us were smokers. The smell drifted in to our room and would occur at different times through the night. It appeared the occupants would wake up and have a cigarette.As a property marketing itself with the benefits of being next to the therme it seems contrary to the health aspects associated with the therme to allow smoking on the balconies. I would suggest to have a designated smoking area outside. Would this keep us from staying again? I honestly can’t say but we would need to give it serious thought not to. If this had not been an issue we would have given perfect scores and a 10 rating. Because of this issue we dropped our rating to an 8.

The breakfast was good. That's the only thing I can say positive about this place that was way overpriced.

There was a lot I didn't like about this hotel, the photos made it look a lot nicer than the hotel actually is. The price is way too high for the size of the room. I would stay just about any other place besides this in Bad Windsheim. If you have a special card to get into the Therme, it cannot be used you have to pay the hotel separately. Likely because they make money that way too from selling tickets to get in. Definitely not worth the price.

Room was adequate, not large but not bad. Comfortable bed, mid to good wifi, TV with plenty of channels, very nice balcony with table/chairs, big bathroom and free parking. Very nice staff that spoke english like it was their primary launguage- kudos. Better then average breakfast, enjoyed breakfast. Therme is attached to hotel via lift/hallway, super nice. The draw is the salt pool, very good for the skin and fun to float in. Wife and I really enjoyed the spa/sauna/pools albeit the hourly aufgus folks were super average, but no complaints here- any aufgus is a good aufgus. Windsheim is a fun town to visit, enjoyed our stay here.

Bad Windsheim is a charming town. It took us a bit of roaming to find the hotel but it was well worth it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide little surprises like chocolate Santas on the pillows. The room was huge and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The bar which also serves fare like pizza is great.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. They keep the whole place so clean that it seems new. The breakfast is excellent with many choices.

As an American I am used to having a top sheet on my bed. There were a few times when the blanket that was provided was too hot and I needed something lighter.

The hotel is better than BEST. The breakfast variety was good. The bed is very comfortable. Too bad that I only have a short stay there. I would like to come back and stay more nights.

Very nice hotel in perfect location right next to the thermal baths. The service is fantastic and staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The facilities are very nice and even have a walkway to and entrance into the thermal baths. Breakfast is exceptionally good. There are several nice touches, such as a spa bag that you can rent for free, including Sauna towels and a bathrobe, a really nice late check-out option until 6:00pm, or the bottle of water for our drive home after checking out. Overall a superb experience.

There's nothing that could have been better to improve our stay. One small thing to note for the cleaning staff: It's very nice to have a fan in the hotel room for hotter days, but it would be great if the fan blades could be dusted every once in a while. Our fan's blades were somewhat dusty, which would have made it messy to use it if we had needed it (it wasn't that hot luckily).

The Bed was Comfortable, maybe a couple lighter, smaller pillows. Would of been Nice to have a Little Fridge in Room, as I need constant COLD WATER to Drink. And a Coffee or Tea Maker for early mornings coffee or Late Night Teas..

+ the food was really good and diverse enough+ quiet location+ beautiful restaurant+ clean+ SPA area is really nice and relaxing
