The layout of the room was perfect for the 4 of us.

It would have been nice if room service had a better selection or their was a room service menu available in the room.

Their morning breakfast was excellent.

The people working the hotel are kind and nice. The room is clean and breakfast is good. Lewe, dm, and a station are nearby. Good walking places are arpund the city.

Nice staff, nice restaurant, comfortable room.

The wellness center was good but a jacuzzi would have improved it. Only sauna. The duvets were too small so we couldn't tuck them in.

The location was preferable; we have two kids, and it was wonderful to be about 11 minutes from Ludwigsburg palace after a day exploring the pumpkin exhibition for 2025. It was within walking distance to a cake and market Saturday morning. I was not willing to spend 21 euro pp for breakfast; my daughter 12 will only eat one donut and a juice…. The family room was great for a family four. I liked the size of the bathroom too. I could move and lift my arms to fix my hair; too many times in older hotels, my elbows hit the walls….:(

I did not like that breakfast was 21 euro for a 12 year old.. my daughter will only eat a donut or a pancake with a juice.. For my husband and I I have no problem, b/c we like a big breakfast while traveling. However, we were able to go to a cafe within walking distance.

The pool and sauna were great. The location was fantastic. The staff was kind and helpful.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked but it wasn't bad. Also, we just need coffee in the morning and that wasn't an option that we could see without spending 23€ for breakfast.

Enjoyed pool and spa that had long opening times. Breakfast was very nice

Stayed here for an overnight stay. Room was lovely and beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and made our stay lovely and special.

Beautiful hotel that feels both luxury and family owned. Lovely rooms that were spotless and comfortable. Excellent dinner menuVery accommodating staff. We have three kids and they more then helped us with our needs.

A great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff, the whole place was very clean and tidy.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, good sized room, with good views. Loved the air con in the room, and the swimming pool. Thoughtful touches like complimentary bottle of water, and slippers made the stay feel special. Free parking on the road in front of the hotel felt safe and secure without the need to pay for parking in the hotel car park opposite.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Facilities are excellent. Even the single bed was long enough for my 6”2’ son! Pool was long enough to swim for exercise. Rooms spacious and clean. Good location for Porsche Museum.

Beds were a little too firm for us. Otherwise, can’t fault it.

The room was clean and had the amenities required. It was also spacious. The spa was amazing, very clean, and we were lucky enough to enjoy it ourselves, as at the time we went there was no-one else there. We used the sauna and the swimming pool. Both very clean. The location is good, and although the parking in the hotel was full, we were told to park our car (for free) just 50meters away from the hotel. We did not try the breakfast, as we found it overcharged while there is a backerai in close distance.

The only problem is the see-through curtains that allow the light to enter in the room early in the morning.

Very good service and clean room/bathroom.

The shutters didn't work so there was no possibility to darken the room.

It was a perfect experience imho for a short night stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from getting a late night reservation to a restaurant to getting some milk for our daughter because it was a holiday and we couldnt get one. And the kids could enjoy the pool.

The room could get a little modernization, but it was fine.

The resturant was nice, the room was snugg and the hotel staff was kind and polite. That is all i can really say about this place.

Easy to miss. It looks more like a resturant than a hotel. The parking is not available, and they dont tell you this before you check in. The room was not the size advertised, it was smaller. I booked a room with a full size bed and a twin, and selected to add a baby crib. The staff said i didnt need both beds because i put down just my 4 year old and my wife (3 people) on the reservation. My 2 year can sleep with us, and the baby sleeps in the crib. Instead they put a full size bed and a playpin for my 4 year old. When i asked for a crib for my baby. They gave me a second playpin.The answer they gave me as to why the mixup, the manager said it was booking.com mix up.
