Amazing design, restaurant, pool

Breakfast is nice but over the years it hasn’t changed and other 4* hotels tend to offer more variety which would be worth implementing

covered parking, short way to reception, friendly and quick check in, room spacious, modern, clean, big shower, separate toilet in the room, restaurant excellent, got my food even 20 min. before closing

Very clean and quiet rooms. Facilities and breakfast were the highlight! The swimming pool, sauna and bar were favourites of ours!

Everything was great so it’s really hard to fault but if I had to say something.. Sometimes waiting for the elevator took longer than normal as there were so many floors using just the two.

The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms also. The parking place was free of charge. The staff was lovely.

I didn’t like the pillows, they are a little bit higher than it should be.

A double bed consists of two mattresses. They constantly move apart and you fall into a hole. The cleaning lady comes in without knocking. When I asked her to leave the room and clean later (I was in my underwear when she came in), they said that their shift was ending soon and continued cleaning. In the evenings, there is a strong smell of weed on the floor. There is only a coffee machine in the room, you won't have the option to have a cup of tea (or make a bottle for the baby). I had to run to the reception every time my baby was hungry.

Breakfast a lot of choice, service was good

We had a room in the new side before, this time we had a room in the old building, the old side was not as clean toilets brush with loads of hair, the new rooms are much cleaner and nicer.

The dinner in the restaurant was superb. It was the special game menu that was superb. The meal was gorgeous. Service also excellent in both the bar and restaurant.

I couldn't get into my room on arrival at 1730. Check is 1400 so the room should have been ready. I was given a complimentary drink at the bar but had to wait 20-30 minutes until my room was ready. When I got into the room there were 2 x dirty coffee cups and the coffee pods had not been replenished. I had to go back down to reception.

For a hotel on the side of the highway, it's very upscale. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom and toilet. The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of food and beverages. Free parking is always a bonus!

In this day and age, I find that carpet cheapens the look and feel of the hotel room. It had a very strong, synthetic smell that was overpowering and it even caused a bit of irritation, making it uncomfortable to breathe in that smell. For such a modern and good looking hotel, it was a shame to have an outdated smelly carpet in the room.

the internet speed and it would drop very oftenThe entrance to the hotel does not have a ramp to and with luggage it is hard to get up the stairs

Top Ausstattung

I'm still waiting for a reply to my email! I subsequently received a bill for 69€, I only had breakfast twice. The last night was cancelled. So what was 69€ for? With 202€ per night, breakfast should be included

Top class facility. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Kids room in the family suite was modern and the kids loved it. Breakfast was top notch and very friendly staff.

The bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable.

A very big room, luxurious, beautiful. The bathroom mirror was amazing. And the bedroom wall was glass, so from the bed, you could see the bathroom. Very pretty. The shower was huge, and the water pressure good. The lobby of the hotel is stunning. And the garage is spacious. Parking is free.

The dinner menu could have many more vegan options. Breakfast was pricy at €19 pp.

The breakfast was very complete. We stayed in the family room (6 pax), and it was very convenient. Location is good if you have a car, very accesible from the highway. Free parking.

I didn’t like that we wanted to use the sauna and asked for some bathrobes, they charged us 8 euros as a rent. On any other hotel these are complimentary.Very strict bar manager who didnt let us watch a match on the TV. We were the only ones in the bar.

Room, staff and breakfast, everything was excellent.

This was our second stay at this hotel, booked a family suite which was stunning and ideal for myself, my husband and our 26 yr old son who was very happy having his own room and TV. The facilities were wonderful, pool was a bonus. Food was very good, restaurant open till 10pm! Breakfast was also really good, lots of choice and all fresh. Staff were lovely and very accommodating when they realised we were typically rubbish at speaking a foreign language. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel, buses run every 20 mins or so to the centre or Dordrecht, last returning at 11.45pm. Great service. (ample free parking at the hotel)

Pool & Gym facilities were good. The bar area was lovely and the general decor and welcome of reception was lovely.

The food was ok. But after trying it once I went elsewhere. Its also in the middle of an industrial estate surrounded by motorways so no walking routes, you have to get a taxi or drive to get anywhere. You are 35/40 mins outside of Rotterdam to do things,
