Free parking

Its now in use as refugee shelter and its fully loaded with refugees. The hotel didn’t separate this activity and the few rooms they offer for hotel guests are amidst loudly staying refugees. Open doors and lots of people on the corridors. Felt unsafe. Very bad maintenance and everywhere dirt and broken facilities. This hotel shouldn’t not be on the Booking.com offerings at all. Unacceptable.

Every day on return after a day out the room keys did not work and fir both rooms we had to go to reception and get new onesTold to keep door keys away from mobiles in bags which we did but still keys did not work on return. Small cups/beakers without handles for tea or coffee so unable to lift these when hot; very odd to provide for hot drinks

The room was large and comfortable.

One of the bedside lights was broken

Did not have breakfast as was far too expensive €19.30 each. Our view from room was carpark. The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and the room was cold.

The room was either too cold or too hot, the temperature couldn't be adjusted!?

The bed was too worn out (sinked into a hole), the WiFi was either slow or non-existent!

Bar staff Tim was brilliant!! Food was awful I ordered the satay chicken came out pink (not cooked) just ignored my complaint

Late check in (midnight) no problem. Small room but comfortable beds and clean. Nice shower and big TV. Kettle in room

Location not great. Nothing nearby except MacDonalds. Hotel strangely stingy with coffee milk. Only 2 in room and only received 2 more when I asked for them. Breakfast is overpriced at 19euros per person.

Friendly staff

Breakfast, one staff to clear up and to make food available, it was busy no tables free and not cleaned, fell sorry for the staff

Nice hotel to stay for a few days! Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast buffet.

Very nice room. It's got everything you need. Comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and with a good choice of food. The hotel offers late check-out in case you need more time. The parking is big enough and is free of charge. There is a small compliment on check-out. It makes one feel appreciated.

Great hotel, brilliant bar which was stocked well with lots of local beers. McDonalds next door as well if you don't fancy eating in the hotel.

They upgraded us as lights weren’t working and the room was excellent, thank you

Staff was nice, rooms were good decorated and the facilities were next level with free working spaces and tables available. Parking space is free and right in front of the hotel. Location close to the highway. Good place to stay!

Room was in poor condition: (1) air-conditioning was not working well so the room was too warm even when we turned the fan speed to maximum and the temperature to 5 degrees celsius, (2) the beds were in bad condition & mattresses were sinking which gave us backaches and we did not get a single night of restful sleep, (3) shower door was missing, (4) room lighting too dim, (5) television was off to one side of the room which made it uncomfortable to watch tv, and (6) the general condition of the room was old and in need of updating/renovation. Breakfast food was passable.

The staff were very caring and attentive. We had a booking at another hotel and when we arrived there was no reservation for us so it was super disappointing and upsetting. We then booked Postillion Hotel Dordrecht and had great service, lovely dinner in the hotel and good night's stay.

Our original hotel was in town so it was not as great to uber out to this hotel from the train station.
