Location and breakfast were good

A bit outdated but with charm

Beautiful rooms, great a breakfast and patio.

The rooms in the back newer building are lacking compared to the luxe rooms in the main building.

The location was very good. The room was a bit dated but it was very spacious and even had a big corner couch. It had everything we needed: fridge, tea/coffee, etc. The bathroom was also a good size with a deep bathtub. The breakfast was plenty and we were treated very kindly by Jen. It was very enjoyable!

The room decor can have an update but that's a rather minor matter.

Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff, with excellent English (which was broadly my experience everywhere in the Netherlands!). Nice views from the room and quite spacious. Excellent and relaxed breakfast.

Quite a dated feel outside and in. Towards the higher end of prices that I normally pay for hotels, but the decor and comfort level was definitely toward the lower end.

Location was fantastic and really central. Staff were all brilliant, very friendly and helpful which was a major positive for our stay. The breakfast was also really good with a fantastic variety. Everything was spotlessly clean which was great and the bathroom had good facilities.

The initial room was pretty small so the team kindly accomodated us by moving us to another room. Bathroom was good but don't think the fan was working properly. The beds were very spongy and too soft so a little uncomfortable, but the main issue were the pillows were not comfortable at all - very lumpy so not a great nights sleep.

Breakfast great, service great, location good, very happy to stay in your hotel, hope to see you all soon.

Quiet room and great location for walking into the old city centre, to the waterbus etc - good to be able to park the car easily. Lovely breakfast.

Unable to open the bedroom windows and old air conditioning unit which was too noisy to have on during the night, so in the good weather we were lucky enough to have during our stay, the room was very hot at night.

Breakfast were generous. One person was very helpful and assisted me to change my room from one up a steep flight of stairs to ground floor ( I have mobility issues). Very handy to walks to city centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception helpful.

Noisy refrigerator and exhaust fan in bathroom. Difficult to manoeuvre because of steps at both entrances.

First room allocated, particularly when I discovered that I had paid nearly twice as much as ther friends staying.No lift. I'm good with stairs but therer were rather a lot.

The location is good, near town. Parking at the hotel is practical. Tea and coffee in the room and this room has a window which can open and looks into the garden. Good breakfast.

The single room has indeed a one person bed. The bathroom is very small. TV available, but not easy to find channels. The bed rather soft. For people who walk less easily, it might be difficult to walk up the stairs.

The hotel is a good location and is very lovely the breakfast was very nice. Our room was up in the attic which was very warm there was a fan and air conditioning which helped keep the room cool.

We were in single beds which weren't very comfortable mattress very soft. Not enough draw space. One wardrobe and one bedside table? Staff were not very friendly or welcoming and when asked for a drink from the bar staff didn't seem to want to serve us it seemed like an effort. One staff member breached confidentiality when I booked the room she contacted a friend of mine and told her I had booked. This was without my consent. When I messaged her she didn't apologise and went on to communicate with this lady complaining of my response to her.

Obviously not used to vegan and glutenfree customers. No oatmilk for the coffee or cerial; glutenfree rolls rather stale

Loved the ambiance, the room, the decoration, and the people that work there.

Do not have an elevator (and we had big luggage)

The breakfast was brilliant and just pitched right. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting in and out of Dordrecht and also very central to all the sites and in easy walking distance. The room, as last time was a great size. Unfortunately the weather was not so good to use the balcony.

I did feel the room a little dark with the wood panelling but still a lovely room and kept lovely and clean.

The hotel is well located for public transport and also for the city centre access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and well-equipped. An aircon unit helped keep the temperature down in the high temperatures. There was also a kettle, coffee maker, and a fridge.Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff served with a smile on their faces and were extremely helpful.

Great location, near the city center and river, with friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager of reception, a clean room with all necessary things for travelers, a beautiful and cozy backyard, also need to mention delicious breakfast) I can highly recommend this hotel for staying!!!

The location was perfect, we walked to the town easily but just a little out of the centre so we could easily drive and park safely.The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, with the bonus of a coffee machine with different choices.Our room was comfortable. The main building looked really nice, our room was in a separate building which was not as fancy with basic needs but comfortable. We really liked the little garden to sit out.

We liked everything. The room was a bit basic and the fridge didn't really work. Tough we didn't expect having a fridge but of course would have been nice as we had a lot of food for the big travel we had ahead.
