Great Staff, Service and location. I would go back again .

The grounds were beautiful! The beach down the road was magical. Great breakfast.

The rooms need a refresh. They look tired. The bed was not very comfortable.

I didn't like the pillows and noisy Airconditioner in the room. Also the Jacuzzi in the room was very very mild pretty useless. The jacuzzi in the SPA was too hot the 1st 2 days. Everyone was complaining

Most of all the Heated outdoor pool. It's was amazing perfect temperature.

The grounds, the pools, the spa and the cute individual rooms. Plus the restaurant was fantastic!!! We also loved the kitties, so much personality. Had fantastic massages at the spa. Property was fantastic.

The only complaint i had was super minor, our plugs in the room actually were regular EU plugs but we read all electronics/plugs were UK. So we had to circle charging around one or two outlets. Most Eu guests probably love the option- as US guests we were unprepared.

the room was very comfortable the breakfast superb and the Heated Pool and Jacuzzi excellent.Further more the place is quiet and relaxing.WE ate at the hotel once lunch and 3 times supper.the menu was varied worth every cent and the service was excellent .i was realy served well by everyone at the restaurant especialy Jean the new young waiter he was very attentive

Really nice relaxing spot in a calm and beautiful surroundings. Loved the cats! Staff friendly. Nice food.

The comfort level of the beds and the quality of the pillows left a lot to be desired. More shade needed around the outdoor areas.

Mattress in bedroom very hard, outdoors lack maintenance, in need of good umbrellas, cakes in buffet should be displayed better and adequate knives to be available

Reception staff friendly but knew nothing about Gozo. Room was not the best room in hotel. A bit dark.

Attentive service. Polite staff always saying hello. The spa and other facilities. Clean and plenty of areas to be alone. Hotel was full but didn't seem crowded. Restaurant at breakfast was great, catered for everything you could want.

In this day and age you really don't need a card to exchange for towels at the spa. Surely there must be another way. Service at outside bar/restaurant was a bit pedestrian (slow). It did feel a shade short of 5 stars, a little dated in some respects. Bathroom fixtures a little old.

The location is amazing, in the summer the pools will be lovely. The food in the restaurant is excellent and all of the staff were amazing.

It’s due a refit, the rooms seem a little tired although the common areas are fine and the spa is nice. The set times of access to the heated pool for children under 16 were a bit restrictive given the outside pools were freezing cold.

The pool area is absolutely fantastic—especially the outdoor heated pool, which provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxing swim even in colder weather.Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection of delicious food to suit all tastes.

I stayed in a Trullo, and while the experience was unique, I must admit that for the price paid, I was somewhat disappointed. The room would definitely benefit from a refurbishment to align with the high standards of the rest of the property.

The huge hotel property is spectacularly situated and the gardens are lovely.

The bathroom, especially the bathtub, is outdated and water leaked all over the floor. Shower would be much better. The bungalow is cute but needs remodeling.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, room was spotless and we were showered with complimentary sweets, water and toiletries. Breakfast had all that was necessary and food was fresh. Hotel indoor pool was well heated just too small on the inside, so tends to get easily crowded. If only they had the a la carte restaurant open for the weekend. We would definitely have eaten at the hotel. Overall a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely return.

Booked this trip as a gift to my parents and they loved the stay. They said the facilities were excellent, the staff were always helpful and the room was well equipped.

Breakfast was OK but maybe more fruit choices also sausages could be better for the English palette.Location was outstanding
