Location was inconvenient for getting to and from Chamonix. Bus and train schedule very limited. There¿s no option to return to the property from Chamonix after 8:20 pm.

Feels like a run down property while being charged for a premium residence. Locks don't work properly (slip when opening and closing) - front desk says it's a known issue - "not a problem, just apply some force & push while turning". No AC, which is fine, but no fans available either. Apartments pretty mediocre, definitely not commensurate to price. No attention to detail - e.g. no shelf in the shower to put toiletries on. Pillows cheap - synthetic/uncomfortable. Not enough shampoo/supplies even for a short stay ("we are a tourist residence, not a hotel"). Breakfast is so so - the lady handling breakfast is very nice, which compensates slightly. Pretty far from Chamonix center.

The only positive aspect was the hotel’s proximity to Chamonix, which made day trips convenient.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Despite being located in a region known for its natural beauty, the hotel is situated directly on a main road, with constant traffic noise that completely disrupts any sense of peace. This is the last thing you want on a holiday, especially when you come for the mountains and nature.While the room was advertised as having a mountain view, the building’s roof structure blocked it entirely. The interior of the hotel feels more like a repurposed hospital than a welcoming or comfortable accommodation.Cleanliness was consistently lacking. The elevator was not clean, the changing room near the pool was flooded and wet at all times, and the shower area had a clogged drain, leaving standing water.The pool was poorly maintained, and the final straw was when our room ran out of toilet paper. When we asked for a new roll, we were told they had run out and to come back in the afternoon. This kind of response is unacceptable at any standard of hotel.

Perfect apt. For a family of four. Free train passes. Beautiful scenery. Perfect pool. Awesome. Steps from train station. Big garage.

Everything is well-organized and well-functioning. We checked in online, our room was ready early, we were notified by SMS. The room, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and nice, the kitchen equipped and functional, the terraces have views on the mountains. The place is located close to a bus stop, a train station, to the start of hiking trails, and is very easy to reach from the center of Chamonix. A nice small pool is available, to relax after the day out. All went fine, we didn't encounter any problem during our stay - we would like to thank the staff for the smooth experience.

Nothing to comment here, everything was a great experience.

Apartment is big, confortable, nice swimming pool and private car parking is a plus. The view is great and give an extra boost. 7 minutes away from city center by car and has a free train ticket for the whole stay.

Have certain rules of taking out the bin, but i guess is required for reasons I do not know.

For a very reasonable price we had a mini apartment with a kitchen and all the utensils, a capsule and a drip coffee machine, a kettle, mini dishwasher, mini fridge. The heating was working really well. The hotel has a underground parking, which is extremely convenient in snowy weather. It has a small heated pool. We're really happy we stayed there for a whole week.

The pillows and the bed were not too comfortable. The fold out bed was very squeaky. We didn't make sure our room had a bathtub, for which we were hoping for. We've asked to change the room, but they were completely full.

Nice and helpful staff, everyone is very welcoming ! Very well equipped rooms. Swimming pool with heated water , gym, laundry, underground garage and many other amenities. It is very close to the bus stop, train station.

Easy access to all slopes, bus stop very close ,Or if you have a car very big and safe car park underground

Great locations , nice place , some of the staff really nice , but could do with some more better English speaking , they messed up our kids ski school but I believe that is luck of the language, other ways was great stay

Didn’t like the fact you have to pay for the sauna . And toilet rolls , also you dont get the apartament cleaned at all and if you need extra towels you have to pay as well So just got to be ware of that you paying for everything extra .

When leaving the hotel, we paid 60 euros for living, which was not included at the time of booking. It was written that the city tax was included in the total cost of the reservation.
