Auberge du Manoir

Hotel employee was a wonderful hostess, from checkin/out, helping us with restaurant choices, touring Chamonix and Mt. Blanc. The alpine ambiance was great and the hotel is within walking distance of the town. This is a perfect mountain chalet retreat!

Charming location and decoration. Comfortable furnishings and nice breakfast and lounge area. The bath tub was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Each room was so beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very generous breakfast. We made good use of the games room on a rainy day. I highly recommend!

Breakfast variety could be wider

Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous room and staff incredibly helpful. Only a very short walk to central Chamonix. Highly recommended.

As I wrote above, the attitude of those staff made our stay wonderful. Nothing irritated us or made us uncomfortable.

There’s nothing we didn’t liked

It was so quaint and peaceful. The outdoor area was lively and pretty with flowers, greenery, relaxing chairs and birds chirping. Staff was the best and most accommodating. Bed was comfy. Reminded me of a Colorado feel but in the French Alps. Staff immediately helped us upstairs with our luggage upon arrival. Breakfast very good. We’d stay there again. The employee Frank at the front desk was so hospitable and helpful on a handful of occasions. We’ll stay there next time.

Breakfast selection was broad including eggs. Bathroom was large. Location excellent for touring. Parking on site for car useful with surcharge. Citrus water in lobby was nice touch.

Stairs to third floor for standard room not so great. Balcony rooms are lower.

We had a stunning view of Mount Blanc out our window. The location is right near everything fun downtown. An easy walk. And the breakfast was great.

The view from the room was exceptional, one of the best I've had in a long time. It was quiet and comfortable, and probably the best hotel for the entire trip, including Italy, Switzerland, and France.Restaurant's recommendation was spot on, definitely recommend

Excellent location a short walk to Chamonix center. Warm mountain chalet ambiance with lovely view of the Mont Blanc Massif. Price reasonable for Chamonix. Good wifi. Friendly staff service.

Property is dated and in need of renovation but the room was comfortable and clean. Hotel parking cost €20/day. Seems high but parking space is limited near the center. The breakfast is adequate but the quality is disappointing.

We stopped only for 1 night but I find the price excessive for what it delivers. Staff was ok, the bar closed 1 hour before the close time.The breakfast was well organised, it had everything we needed. The filter coffee was excellent.
