The hotel is in a great location with very helpful staff

The staff were extremely helpful, from the minute we got to the train station in the dark with no internet service (no way to get an uber or read our map for the short walk to the hotel), they called us a cab. They helped with a room change due to street construction noise and are very well set up to accept ski rentals and set us up with ski passes. The room was really nice why a view of the mountains. The location was great if you want to be right in town.

The hotel has two entries and one was extremely icy to traverse. There's no elevator so be prepared to walk your bags up narrow stairs.

Everything was great ! People were all super friendly, room was comfy as I needed it going into my last day of the TMB, and the location was close to shops & restaurants.

Staff was great- super helpful and friendly. Also the cleaning crew everyday was exceptional!! Breakfast was so yummy and kept very clean!

The only recommendation would be to possibly open the spa earlier in the morning? Multiple times I found myself wanting to sit in the sauna but it was closed until 1400. But really it was still great! Just had to prioritize my day a little better.

The lighting in my room is quite not applicable for working at night, however, you can just work at the lobby. The hotel has free space to work, play board games, have your snacks/food. For the location, it's an awesome location to stay in Chamonix. The supermarket is just 1 minute away! The breakfast is also decent and has suitable price.

Little bit tricky to find after dark.

The location is optimal, near the city center but not on a busy street. I also appreciate the early breakfast time.

The room lighting was poor with only one small spot light in ceiling. The bathroom water wasn’t always warm enough. There was no way to dry wet clothes since the electric heater didn’t work.

It was clean. Great staff.

It was difficult to find the proper parking facility. The staff didn’t understand the complexity of google map directions and how it directed you to an area that was pedestrian only street. They were not familiar with the addresses to help.

Breakfast was great buffet style. The hotel is close to shops and other areas in Chamonix. Hotel staff was very pleasant and gave us free bus passes to use during our stay!

Excellent location and very nice room.

We were frustrated regarding the difficulties to use European websites to book the bus tickets to Geneva airport. The reception lady was very nice to help but another lady seems as manager were impatient. She said this is not their job and recommended over hundreds Euro taxi. Although this is not the hotel direct responsibility, however the negative impression to the hotel customers impacts the overall review. We eventually found Mountain Drop-off service on our own.

Great breakfast- plenty of protein choices (yogurt, cheese, boiled egg), nice croissant, tasty coffee.Helpful, kind staff

Stairs were fine for us, but not if you’re mobility impaired.

Breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Our room is on the second floor and has only a roof-top window, which is useless since it’s raining. The room is extremely hot at night, even with the fan running continuously.

Easy walk from train station. Reception staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Electric fan helped cool things down.

We had a view of Mont Blanc out our window. Heated towel rack.

No lift and narrow staircase if you have luggage. However the staff offered to carry luggage to our room. Very small shower which could be a problem for some. Breakfast adequate but not exceptional

The location is fabulous! The room was a decent size and the shower was nice. In the room is a small coffee maker and places to hang clothing plus a desk area. The skylight up above our bed was directly facing Monte Blanc, so it was like looking at a picture during daylight hours.Beautiful to wake up to! Plus watching the hang gliders was great!!

Steep and narrow steps going up to our 2nd floor room. Parking was right outside the lobby of the hotel, next to the church, which was a plus, but directions to get to it was very confusing. You pay for parking @ $17 US per night.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and uncomplicated . Lovely small hotel in the cevnter of Chamonix, yet quiet during the night.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were so helpful. The location was fantastic, very central.
