Set in an alpine garden at the foot of the Bossons Glacier, Big Sky Hotel & Spa offers a heated indoor pool, a hot tub . A public shuttle service can take you to the center of Chamonix, which is 2.8 mi away. Free parking is available. The air-conditioned guest rooms at the Big Sky Hotel & Spa are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Some rooms offer a mountain view. Buffet breakfast is provided. The hotel has 24-hour reception and additional facilities include ski storage and a children’s play area with board games. Chamonix Golf Club is a 15-minute drive away. The Big Sky Coffee is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - The entire staff was so very professional, friendly, and helpful. Hotel employees went above and beyond. What a pleasant, joyful experience indeed.
- Breakfast was great. Our room was quiet.

Cons -
- Staff were very ill-informed about the skiing options around the hotel; breakfast was not included, sauna was closed (has been closed for months); pool was cold. Food looked good but totally inappropriate for children - no children's menu.

- Pool should stay open later, we had difficulty finding the hotel in the dark and our navigation app couldnt find it either
