Where do I start?? The room was clean, the VIEW from our balcony fantastic!! The staff was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. The spa facilities were wonderful after the day of skiing. Location a short simple 5 minute walk out of the city center made it quiet and peaceful.

Chalet Hotel Hermitage feels like a home away from home. It’s a family-run hotel with great attention to detail. The Prestige Suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and warm throughout our stay.A special thank you to Emilia at reception — she was outstanding, kind, and extremely helpful.

Beautiful family run hotel. Everything was perfect! Our room was cleaned beautifully every day and tea and coffee replenished Absolutely delicious breakfasts and the highlight is the beautiful garden space with multiple saunas to relax in at the Ned of the day.

Kinda stuffy in the room, when we were in the room and awake, we kept the terrace door cracked.we never took the elevators, we always took the stairs to go downstairs - that last step is not the same size as I recall I almost fell face first into the stone hall a couple times! But soon I learned.

Location; charming, comfortable rooms with the best hotel closets I’ve ever seen — great for skiers and others with equipment; perfectly maintained. Front desk was epic. Claire was an outstanding source of information on attractions and dining.

Pool is not for the faint of heart — it’s cold! Hotel was upfront about that. But the spa was super cute.

The hotel has beautiful Alpine gardens and an idyllic setting with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. The service was fantastic and old-fashioned in a good way.

Nothing - everything about the property was great for us.

Nothing was bad

The breakfast, the sauna/spa facilities were incredible. Such a beautiful hotel and wonderful experience from start to finish. You can tell the owners and staff take a lot of pride in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect, my balcony was overlooking Mont Blanc. The room was ideal for one person, it could be good for two, as well. The breakfast was delicious. It's a pity I did not have time to try the saunas and the jacuzzi.

There could have been more types of fruits at the breakfast.

The hotel excuse my expectations. The room is a good size, and I love the amenities that they had to offer. The staff was really lovely and welcoming.

I wish the parking fees were included in the stay. Also, the shower did not have a door.

Rooms were just okay, pretty basic for the price. The Wi-Fi was a big issue, it didn’t work at all in the rooms, and I had to go out to the hallway just to get a signal. Breakfast was disappointing, no vegetables, the boiled eggs tasted old, and overall very limited in offerings.

we went to celebrate our anniversary. I ordered flowers is advance and beautiful flowers were in the room. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Bar is nice. The SPA garden is beautiful and relaxing. Locating is 10 min walk from the city center and most of cable stations.

It was a very hot week also at night. There is no air condition A ventilator in the room would be nice.

View was fabulous! And it was so quiet and peaceful.

Our room was beautiful and the tub was a nice add, although we would have preferred to also have a shower. Not sure if the description was adequate enough to inform us of this. We may have picked a different room.

We loved everything about this hotel. Amazing location, great staff, cozy traditional room, and the most AMAZING garden. The food was also a delight, almost if not everything is made/baked on site. We would absolutely recommend to any of our friends and family and will hopefully stay here again!

There is no AC, But our room stayed cool by opening the window! It wasn’t a big deal for us, but just something to be aware of.

Unbelievable assistance from every staff member. They are all genuine and extremely helpful. Plus they pour a great cocktail and have great wine recommendations:) Great cozy spot, beautiful. Love the outdoor seating and hot tub.

Lovely hotel, rooms very comfortable, modern and with the alpine style you would expect in Chamonix. All the staff were great, and the breakfast was delicious. The outdoor saunas and jacuzzi were lovely after a day in the slopes!
