Location, clean, comfortable bed, view from my window/balcony! Cozy!

Nothing to complain about. Front desk/reception was until 8pm.After 8pm they give you a code for access. No mini fridge (didn’t bother me as I could freeze a bottle outside on my balcony). No kettle for tea or coffee in the room!

Super friendly and kind staff. Location is the best ,short walk to Aiguille du Midi cable car, town center, Montenver train station. I got mountain view and cable car view on room balcony. Free parking.

Location Clean

One day I couldn’t sleep because my neighbor were noisy listing music and talking loudly

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center, restaurants and both the train and cable car stations. Breakfast was satisfying and the highlight of our stay was the stunning view from our balcony overlooking the Mont-Blanc range.

Amazing hotel! The location is unbeatable, the views from the rooms are incredible, and the staff is so kind and welcoming. We've stayed here twice now, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

The staff was friendly, location and breakfast were good. The sauna and ski room was nice. The only minus was that there was not a fridge in the room.

This lovely hotel is in a quiet but convenient location within easy walking distance of everything in Chamonix. 5 mins walk to Aguile de Midi. Woke up to beautiful views and enjoyed morning coffee in the sunny gardenThe staff are so helpful and friendly.The tea toom is a hidden gem..Highly recommend and hope to return.Thank you to all at L'Oustalet.

This is the best hotel and a must stay in Chamonix! Really good price, exceptional mountain views, the staff are friendly and went over and above to make sure you enjoy your stay. There is a lovely cafe, breakfast available, a large garden, a sauna and things at hotel. The room was quite large with a huge balcony and we had a bath too. They offer a discount to the ski hire place, and are close to ski bus and to town, everything is only a short walk.

A perfectly positioned hotel, little outside centre but quiet and less than a 10 min walk away. Free parking. Easy communication about late arrival. Lovely and helpful staff and very comfortable bed.

Little old, could do with a refurb. Breakfast not worth the money.

Hotel had everything you need for a short ski break, was very convenient, with helpful friendly staff, and well located for the centre of town

Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel, but more regular/closer buses to and from the ski lifts would make the resort better

Very nice staff, very clean rooms. Good location closed to the centre of Chamonix (a few minutes) and 5 minutes from the bus station to go to the lifts.

Excellent hotel with stunning mountain views!The location is really good, very close to the city center and Chamonix sud bus station (which makes it really easy to get the cheaper express transfer from Geneve airport).All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good also.
