PlanB Hotel - Living Chamonix

Clean and good location. Short walk to town center. Unfortunately, we arrived late for one night and did not get to take advantage of the hotel.

The fruits of the breakfast were not very fresh.

Window face the glacier, bus stops ust at the door.

Best location. Very practical and essential facilities. Good enough function of accommodation for Family during ski trip.

Breakfast is practical but not a high taste like French . Good enough in a mountain area. Laundromat is not in the hotel. If there is it would be great.

I want to say that the rooms were very clean. The attitude of the people is beautiful. We enjoyed the stay with them and really they have a good hotel and we thank you for choosing this hotel for us. I will continue to work with you or actually to have the service done with you and thank you for all what you have done on the other issues that we have Incurred in and Maje and thank you very much for your help. Thank you very much. The hotel is excellent.

It was an amazing stay, perfect location ( bus stop) alongside hotel, close to the center of the town and a great breakfast spread. Amazing view of the mountains from our room!!

Great stay! Very helpful, always available staff. The key to this property is the location. At the bus juncture of all the major stops to get to every ski mountain right out your door. A quick 10min walk from town. Loved the stay, and it exceeded expectations. They even had lockers for ski equipment.

Accommodations are not large, but likely a Europe thing. LOTS of kids, which can be a pro/con for what you're looking for...

The view of the room was beautiful

The noise is too loud we asked the staff to tell the people next to us to be more quiet since it was night time and we wanted to sleep, they did ask the people next to us but the people didn’t care much and it was still loud, the isolation on the walls of the room is not good

Loved the location and all the receptionists were so helpful especially Marwan.

The rooms are freezing cold and you cannot adjust the AC to heater you can only request (if available) electric fan heater. Shower hot water runs out very fast.- The girl at the bar was NOT nice and when I asked for a tap water bottle to take to my room as they don’t provide free water at rooms only at the bar she said water bottles are not available, however the other guy at the bar provided us with water bottles!! -Also breakfast was very limited and below average.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and sturdy rooms with nice wool flooring and curtains, which made it warm and cozy on cold day. It was super convenient for getting around Chamonix with access to all modes of transportation. We are very happy to have parking available.

The only potential negative was that it was kind of hard to get in and out of the parking garage.

Modern, very well located just near the travel bus stop. Comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff, cozy bar with games, breakfast with plenty of options.

Breakfast was not very good.My opinion is the food not kept fresh and flies allowed to land on open jars of dried fruit. The staff working in the dining area seemed to be slow to acknowledge guests and were not looking to check the food and finer details of the dining and serving areas.

The staff. From the time they communicated with me through email with questions I had, to meeting them in person, they made it fun.

That it rained. (Though no fault of the hotel.) The only complaint I might have had was the bathroom door automatically closing. It made it impossible to air out. But being a solo traveler, it was fine. I just used a backpack to keep it open.

Close to airport bus stop and public transportation. Able to store luggage on site. Spacious rooms, balcony appreciated. Close walk to Chamonix downtown.
