    Pros +

    • Very clean and nice hotel and the stuff was very responsive
    • The room was comfortable.
    • It is a great location to stay at when visiting Chamonix. Sweet room with nice view from a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking space is available either at the hotel or right next to it. The dinner was delicious.

    Cons -

    • Transfer to the skil lift could be better organised
    • Even though we made a last minute booking (at around 18h), we were told the restaurant was fully booked, when in fact there were 2 people eating there. We had 2 children with us, so it really wasn't helpful that they refused to prepare even some basic food for us. The spa (jacuzzi) was very dirty. Overall, it looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com. It's definitely overpriced for what it is. It's also in the middle of nowwhere, which is fine if that's what you are looking for, but just fyi.
    • The WiFi speed is not the best. I had to switch to data in my room. The door to the toilet in our room needs some maintenance to open smoothly. The toilet also took some time to refill the water, which in some cases may be inconvenient )_)

Amazing place. We were sorry for staying for such a short time. Everything was very high class. All the employees were really very nice - the front desk, the room service, the yoga instructor (yes they provide Yuga lessons ?). Two super A for them: the chef is amazing. One of the best food we ever had. Very sophisticated tasty and generous. Amazing experience. The reception lady named Romane was super professional, guided us on all of our needs and provided great solutions. Also for the rest of our trip in France. We loved this place!

the room was very cozy, clean and beautiful, with a small balcony perfect for 2 of us having coffee early morning, the heater works great, staff is super helpful and friendly, loved the lady in the restaurant!

they had a nice breakfast buffet, however the eggs boiler wasn't very easy to use, there was no turkey or beef bacon or cold cuts, only pork meat and we don't eat pork, coffee could be better

The room and hotel were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was great. The restaurant was excellent. And we thoroughly enjoyed the massage.

All was good. A little out of town, but we liked the peace. Would have been a little more difficult if we didn’t have a car.

Very peaceful surroundings and yet close to Chamonix centre. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. Special mention to the receptionist when we arrived ( sorry cannot remember his name) who was so patient and helped us book an unforgettable excursion to Aiguille de Midi.

    Nothing that we didn't like.

Beautiful peaceful hotel away from business of chamonix. Food was excellent and service was too. Spa is lovely and clean and relaxing. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

    Nothing not to like

Clean rooms, quiet setting, lots of cozy spots to relax and an actual hot tub in addition to sauna and pool. Also, the staff was exceedingly polite and friendly.

Very friendly staff, lovely chilled location, great meals and wonderful to be able to use the space after a day's skiing.

The bedrooms was really comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is amazing! Not only it serves great food but the staff is really nice and helpful. It has parking and a nice spa area

They are not the best to guide you in your first ski trip. They have some references but they don’t give you all the options and explain with details. They provide an outlet so you can plug and charge your electric vehicle but it costs a fixed price of 15euros and the power it’s not enough for a full charge.

    10CelinePosted on: 2-22-2025

Beautiful wooden chalet in a cute hamlet, very nice staff and good restaurant chef

Nothing. Best/easiest to have a car.

    10PaulPosted on: 2-22-2025

Unbelievable location. Bus transportation was excellent as hotel is a few miles from Chamonix and the various ski runs. We stayed in the lodge which was perfect. The restaurant was first class. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

    10RoycePosted on: 2-7-2025

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. Staff super nice and helpful. Location in middle mountains waking up and opening my window is a dream come true. Would highly recommend.

    8TanjaPosted on: 1-20-2025

The room had a very nice layout and view. Staff was pleasant

Lounge chairs in the wellness area would be nice. The driveway was very icy - we slipped walking down. The bus is very challenging to use to get to the ski slopes. The wellness area closes very early- 8 pm it was closed! The restaurant failed to impress - and Chamonix is too far to go for dinner daily

    10PatrycjaPosted on: 12-28-2024

That place is amazing. Located in a small village next to the Chamonix. Perfect for the people who are looking for a not overcrowded place to rest. It has everything you need : delusions foo, beautiful views, professional and nice stuff.

Location remains gorgeous, atmosphere in the hotel is great too, it feels like home

People noisy late in the night

    7RosiePosted on: 6-24-2024

The breakfast was good and dinner was brilliant, very tasty. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The feel in the dinning area and bar was really nice and homely. Well decorated.

The rooms and corridors felt a bit less loved. They could do with some more character like the other parts of the hotel.
