- Mid-Range Resort Try so Hard to be Luxurious, great staff who are nearly all Nepalese, upgraded to junior suite gif my birthday sling with free Prosecco bottle delivered to room
Cons -
- Breakfast should start earlier not at 8 am. More coffee in the room.
- I have nothing to complain about. Thee location is excellent, warm, clean and safe. the perfect resting place in the middle of the Danube Delta.
- Meal at Middle Eastern restaurant food was mediocre except for dips and hot mega servings of seafood of lamb (rest of dinner selections were tasteless and extremely dry), wind prices are astronomical by the glass and the amount poured is below standards, pool area was dirty and too packed with rambunctious children; hot tubs were cold; boat transport is expensive and runs too infrequently; value is off

Spa was amazing, probably the best we have experienced!!!its wery clean, beautiful garden, tastfull rooms, wery relaxing.
The food in Lebanese restaurant wasnt so amaizing as we thought. But it was ok.
all was great. The time spent in the Danube Delta was great, the staff was very friendly and willing to assist with all you need. I wish the menu would have more of the traditional locally food, but it was great! Thanks!
more traditional localy food.
Everything was great, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the on-site restaurants. The options to visit a new location from the Danube Delta were presented daily by the concierge. I stayed in a bungalow. And the fact that each bungalow has a private jacuzzi is a great option to have.
My wife was against having a trip in the delta because of pictures she has seen online ,snakes phobia and mosquitoes. After 3 days at this resort she is already making plans to return! One of the best places in Romania, and this resort should be in everyone’s basket !Special thanks to Decebal, he was extremely professional and always helpful!
Almost all aspects, including accomodations, premium quality furniture, design, overall yard arrangements, stuff, breakfast
The kids playing ground could be more clean
Superb
The outside jacuzzi was not heating the water properly, the inside jacuzzi was smelling like urine.Food and drink prices are extremely high.
Nice location, clean, good food, good facilities...
Too many people of the staff are not Romanians, don't speak romanian. At night, at the reception, there were no Romanians. At the Spa, there is no one that speaks romanian. The lockers in the women's locker were locked and unlocked by a male from the staff.. Actually a man was entering the women's locker while they were changing. In the massage center, again, no one spoke romanian.. Felt like I was in Asia, not in Romanian delta... And the massage was not so amazing as expected...
Cleaning, value for money
Luggage transfer from concierge to room was poor
Best breakfast in a hotel in Romania, extra large beds, clean and beautifuly designed rooms, gardens, restaurants. Excelent location in Danube Delta.
Everything was perfect!
Beautiful facility. Largest breakfast selection that I ever seen.
Romanian waiters are rude and need to be trained to be at 5 star service level. From the time that we sat down, Mihai was irritated that he has to serve as. Extremely rude.
Everything was great, the room, the view, all the facilities, the food, the evening entertainment, the fishing area?
Breakfast, swimming pool, sauna
If you ask for take away dinner they will charge additional
The location in the heart of the Danube Delta. The trips organizers was so professional. Always on schedule. Friendly atmosphere.
Nothing, except the fact that me and my son have had an indigestion in the final day.
It’s an excellent location with beautiful surroundings and well maintained gardens. We took a boat trip with the kids and the driver/guide Victor provided an interesting tour- this was the highlight of the trip. If the weather is nice there is a large outside space to explore and enjoy.
We returned after 2 years and found the inside facilities less maintained. Although a VIP room- it is far from the main spa facilities, the room lacked a phone/land line, WiFi was not working, and the rooftop room was very heated with the termostat not working as well ( and having only one window for two rooms)- I doubt this is a five star hotel experience/ VIP facility. We asked for the thermostat to be checked and fixed- but no one came to do it thus we had to sleep with the window open. The pool is not well maintained and the level of chlorine is definitely toxic- kids with red eyes and two with nausea after the swim. Prices are exaggerated for the quality and service- we tried the Asian restaurant and it was a big disappointment-nothing seemed really fresh. We were two families and I doubt we would return, unfortunately.
The foreign staff is very helpful and professional. The restaurant manager (guy in glasses) was amazing at his job
I was asked for 300 Ron to be picked up from the other side of the river in Crisan when I was left there by the ferry. Initially, I was asked for 280 Ron to be picked up from Murighiol (a lot more farther away). The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, and that was shocking behaviour fron a 5 stars resort.Very busy during weekends: it's almost impossible to find a breakfast table or a seat/lawn chair. The local trips are very overpriced, and people don't sign up for them. We were on the waiting list for days and kept checking with the concierge if anything was available, but we were always told no. One morning, we just sat down for breakfast after spending 20 mins to get a table when we received an SMS that we expected to leave for the trip in one hour. The girl from Concierge found it appropriate to scold us for missing the trip.Food proces are very high, and there is no option to go anywhere else since the property is locked down. When calling boat taxis, we were told the hotel asks them for 200€ to stop at their pontoon. You are basically a prisoner there.
Excellent place for a quiet holiday. Staffing very helpful.Catalin at the reception went above and beyond to make are stay perfect and valued for money.Unfortunatelly my best friend died and we had to leave early and Catalin stepped in and been very helpful. We will definitely return. We
