Staff always available and very nice

Too close of a place where people are making weeding pictures and noises during the night sometimes until 1 or 2 AM

Very dirty hotel .

I paid two full nights online & the next day they locked me out of my room & said you need to pay as we didn’t receive payment from booking. I almost called the police . Finally after a day they found the payment. Worst hotel experience. Do not ever book this hotel . This place is disgusting .

Location was great. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was nice.

The hotel restaurant in the evening was poor. There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room (no kettle). There was no mini fridge in the room.

Well, we all stayed there leading up to a wedding so it was nice to have a place big enough to accommodate everybody. We had some shared meals they prepared for us and then of course the breakfast is lovely out by the pool.

TV didn’t work, air-conditioning stopped working so they switched me to a quieter room on the back of the property which I appreciated.

Friendly and helpful receptionist

A lot of noise coming from ground floor late at night. Hard sound of tables being moved and loud talking in the hallway. Could not sleep until midnight. Breakfast was extremely bad. Croissants were burned (literally black).

It was so good to finish our driving and come in to a clean welcoming place to rest and get ready for appointments the next day. The room was comfortable and nice.

I wish that breakfast was included in the price of the room. It was a little bit expensive for us so we went out and found a cafe.

Very helpful staff. good food, and garden

I liked the menu items. The staff was kind and joyful. The landscape was wonderful: The swimming pool, the garden...Our stay was amazing. Thank you.

The TV has limited channels which is boring. But anyway globally our stay was good.

It's an amazing experience when I choose to stay in Jaal Riad. It's clean quite and high prestige hotel and staff very friendly and kind all of them.

The staff is amazing. Helpful and very accomodating.

It wasn't very clean and rather old and shabby. At check out they had 2 different rates for the room. What was advertised on booking was valid for one night only and then they raised the room rate for night number 2 which was very odd.

it’s location which is near to the medina. not very far from Oujda airport too. Rooms are of good sizes. cleanliness is fair.

The room could do with at bit of Morroco charm maybe some local pictures or art.

The location and the swimming pool.

There were not iron clothes, fridge, safe box, floor rug. Shower gel and soup were very limited and if you plan to take more than one shower a day then you will be stock.The hotel restaurant sold me a bottle of water with 25 dirham however it is 6 dirham outside. Overall, it doesn’t deserve 4 star hotel

I’ve been staying at Ibis hotel Oujda for more than 10 years , so it was great to see that the hotel was transformed , the rooms were much better than the previous and I was impressed by the bathroom! Service was very good , no issues at all.

the lighting in the room was poor , the were 3 lamps in the room however having a main light would be great as the lamps provide a very dim atmosphere but for instance I wanted to pack my suitcase at night and found it hard to see properly!

Clean nice rooms, good location with guarded parking. Nice basic breakfast. A small swimming pool but clean

it is near to the local airport. local train station is a walking distance from where you can access whole of the Morocco. property has a swimming pool in it which is not only a nice feature but also useful to have a dip when you feel that it’s too hot! it also has a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options too. medina is local so you can get there on a taxi for 3-4 MAD and can roam around and buy few traditional items as a gift.
