We were accomodated im Terminus hotel (5 stars hotek) instead. Good location near medina. Very kind staff especially mr. Abdesssamad.

We stayed at hotel during Ramadan and we were not informed that schedule for the dinner is changed.

Very well located hotel near the Medina. The staff is very friendly doing their best to fulfill your desire. Recommended also for business visitors that need a proper meeting space and for the proximity to the city's downtown.

Poor attitude staff, n overall just terrible stay. The nicest thing was the nice security gaurd. He had atleast a great attitude.

the room is spacious and the staff was nice

My mom found a smoked cigarette in the bathroom, and one of the cabinet was displaced and put on the floor; when mom called the reception they said it was normal.

Good location and friendly staff

Room was dirty holes everywhere broken doors scratched up headboards. Nightclub went on through the night and music was so loud had trouble sleeping all night due to no soundproofing the club. Walls are very thin so could hear all conversations from other hotel guests and something approx at 4am sounded like sex noises coming from another room. Not a pleasant smell either in the communal areas
