Perfect location, beautiful hotel with all comfort. Big room and big bed. Amazing breakfast!

Not that there was a reason we didn’t like, but the stuff didn’t spread the charm we were used to smaller hotels or pensions in the country side.

The restaurant food was not good I ordered beef parmigiana and the meat was tough and without taste .The mandioquinha with meat was terrible as the meat was burned !

The staff is friendly , nice .The view is great, right in front of the lake . The pool was clean and good size .

The restaurant food is not good .It was not tasteful , too much salt .The chicken was not tender !The sauna didn’t work properly .. not enough steam !The music at the pool was too high !The room need to be remodeled!The curtain looks too old and showing some sort of problems to open and close it !There were no glasses in the room .

Location and a large room

Service quality is below average. Dirt towels, no empty shampoo, refrigerator with last guest stuff. My bathroom is looking old and need some services.

The hotel location is great, close to the Confins airport. Breakfast was really good and it starts around 6:30 am on Sundays, which is very convenient if you have an early flight to catch. The staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom was disgusting. Tiles had mold and limescale. The bathroom towels were very old and they didn't look clean (they also had mold stains). For a place that is supposed to be a luxury hotel, it is a shame. The worst bathroom I have been to in a very long time.

When booking, I informed the age of my child (2 years) and informed that I would get a complementary cot to accommodate my child. I entered my child's age when booking. When arriving at the property, I was informed that my child would not fit into the cot, and that I would have to pay over R$100 for an extra bed. Why pay if I was told during the booking that the cot would be adequate for my child? Total misleading and the staff did not go the extra mile to help. Total disappointment.

The facilities are new and well kept but they use the hotel like a club, so it is incredibly noisy all day and night. So not be fooled by the name “spa”. This is not a relaxing place.

The hotel has a pool that stays open until late and is incredibly noisy. They had live music at the pool until late one night making it impossible to put our child to sleep.

Room key card system is a disaster. Card looses memory every day causing continuous trips to reception to reactivate.No sympathy or apologies from staff members.

The room was comfortable. The plumbing and air conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

Location to the airport, in front of the lake

The pool closed way too early at 7:30pm. First time we’ve seen a closure that early. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable. We hardly slept. Liked the location but wouldn’t return due to the bed.

Good conditions

Staff service. Asked to book a taxi back to airport with 15 hrs in advance. They didn’t do it.

The towels need to be changed, it feels like a paper instead of a towel and they need to work on the cleaness of the room and the hotel.

The swimming pool is good .The reception staff do their best to help.Also Wesley at the restaurant is very kind

The restaurant was packed.ok I understand that. But that doesn't have nothing to do with The food quality , it was a disaster, a pumpkin risoto made of normal rice chewing gum cheese with no taste. Pizza burnt . Nothing tasty at all . In the next morning , breakfast was again low quality with old fruits and not fresh stuff. Fruit and juices was out dated I saw them removing it because it was off . When I complained the lady said well I have 100 people eating and they are not complaining. It was 07:30 on Saturday! There was last than 10 people , I was wondering: what a kind of answer is that!!!very random way of answering and not even an apology. Instead she took it personally while she could thank me for my polite way of complaining in a very confidential manner .The best restaurants in the world became the Best because they took Criticism in a positive way to improve their quality. You should be grateful for the opportunity to improve and grow. A sincere Criticism can be more welcome than a fake complemments. Think about that.

Breakfast was awesome, the pool area and bar outside by the pool were beautiful! And rooms were clean and comfortable.
