The bedroom was clean and spacious, pools are nice, good vibe, lot of activities to adults and children, the children will enjoy..

The buffet was not good all, they weren’t enough choices and bad quality of food

I appreciated the professionalism of the hotel manager and the beautiful view from our suite.

We had a disappointing experience that forced us to cut our vacation short and change hotels.First, the jacuzzi was not working at our suite, which was one of the highlights I was looking forward to. The food was also subpar; it was simply unpleasant, and both of my nieces ended up with food poisoning.Additionally, the entertainment this year was lacking. Many staff members from last year were missing, and only one person was trying to engage and entertain the guests, which was not sufficient.Overall, we were dissatisfied with our stay and felt it was best to move to another hotel.

We loved the stay in ibersostar this year, it was great. The good energy, pleasantness and helpfulness of the staff especially mohamed el ouajdi and safaa on the reception check-in. And oussama the bartender from agadir. They were very lovely.

Space and cleanness are good

Staff treatment (Example : No one support us to move our luggage to the room + one of the team in the kitchen neglected my wife when she request a food and worst when we claim to the kitchen manager she took our room number without any feedback or return after their investigation)

As a Genius-rated guest on Booking.com, how was Ibrostar Saidia rated as a 5-star resort?!!!I booked five days: 3 rooms - 3 families - 6 adults - 6 kids.- Arrival: No one at reception to carry the luggage (you have to carry the luggage yourself, drop off the passengers, and park the car in the garage).- Front desk reception: No one speaks English, only the local language (Moroccan) or French.- Check-in: It took about an hour and a quarter (you have to fill out all the information yourself and sign for each person (12 people) and register the birth dates, and unfortunately, the form is in French). The front desk deals with 5 other guests at the same time!!- The room: Only a furnished room without any amenities (no kettle, no tea, no coffee, no water... and I warn you, do not fill the bottle from the dispenser by the elevator; it says filtered water, but it is ordinary and caused diarrhea for my infant son). The bathroom is poorly ventilated, the exhaust fan does not work, and after showering, water leaks to the room door!!- The restaurant: The staff is diligent, yes, but the food quality is poor for most types of food. Moreover, it might cause diarrhea or cramps, and I found blood in the meat and chicken!! Also, ants are spread on the tables in the restaurant.- Room service:The cleaning is not done well, and the sheets are not replaced unless you complain and express dissatisfaction.Certainly the worst paid vacation on Booking.com.

We had an excellent stay at Iberostar. The staff was exceptional, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their sense of hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable.The animation at the hotel was fantastic! The activities were varied and suitable for the whole family. We especially enjoyed the evening shows and events, which added a special touch to our holiday.The rooms were impeccable, spacious, and comfortable. They offered all the comfort needed to relax after a busy day. Additionally, the cleanliness was spotless, which really contributed to making our stay even more pleasant.

It is with much regret that I reflect on my recent stay at this hotel, which unfortunately failed to meet the most basic expectations of a five-star establishment. Upon arrival, the state of cleanliness in the room was deplorable, with a pervasive odor not only within the room but also in the hallways. The outdated design of the room was overshadowed by the disturbing presence of mold on the ceiling (SEE PICTURES), which poses serious health risks, particularly respiratory issues. The pillows were torn and stained, further aggravating concerns about hygiene. Even after requesting the removal of these substandard items, they covered and returned them to the bed, an unacceptable oversight in cleanliness management.The shower design is deeply flawed. Each use results in water flooding the entire bathroom, causing considerable discomfort. It is surprising to encounter such a basic design flaw in a facility that claims to offer five-star services.Moving on to the dining experience, the quality has deteriorated dramatically since my last visit. The menu is heavily skewed towards carbohydrates with a noticeable lack of protein options. The seafood, in particular, was of poor quality, and the lack of variety in fruits further diminished the dining experience. Unfortunately, I suffered from food poisoning on the final day of my stay, which only added to my dissatisfaction.The restaurant itself is in dire need of renovation. It is small, crowded, and lacks proper ventilation or functioning air conditioning, making the dining experience highly uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather.The entertainment offerings were also disappointing. There was little variation in the shows, which were repetitive and lacked creativity—certainly not up to the standard expected of a five-star establishment.If you are assigned a room on the ground floor, be prepared for constant disturbance from the sound of flushing toilets /footsteps from the floors above.

The hotel arranged a taxi from the train station to the hotel and then to the airport at the end of our stay. The hotel service was friendly. The hotel was clean. The hotel was quiet, nothing disturbed us at night. The beach was clean. There were always plenty of sunbeds by the sea, but not all had an umbrella. We liked the food.

There was no bar on the beach with different types of drinks, only water.Since the hotel is big, everyone had a fixed time during which they could go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were assigned the latest time, which suited us, but if we had earlier times and had to get up early for breakfast, we wouldn't like it.

Ambience , location and stuff were amazing.

First 2 nights without sleep because of a night club right by the hotel. Very loud music. 2 nights without A/C. Broken…when fixed it was making too much noise. Swimming pool is very dirty.

The animation staff propose a lot of activities.The staff at the reception are really kind and helpful. It was a all inclusive option and food choices were good.

A genuine beachfront hotel with ample space to accommodate many guests, offering a fantastic atmosphere for a summer vacation. The large pools are ideal for children, making it a great choice for families.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, providing a great experience for guests. However, the furniture is in need of renovation, as it has not been updated in years. Additionally, the food offerings are less diverse and not as high-quality as they used to be, especially considering the price of the all-inclusive package.

We had a great experience at Iberostar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a short distance to the beach, which was a big plus.There was a wide range of activities and entertainment, ensuring there was always something to do. However, there was quite a bit of noise from the music and entertainment from early morning until late at night, which could be a bit disruptive.

One area for improvement is the towel system. We experienced issues with towels being stolen, and a more efficient system could have been implemented. For example, assigning towels with guests' names and room numbers and collecting them upon checkout would have alleviated the inconvenience of monitoring towels and worrying about theft.We also dined at the hotel's Fes restaurant once, but unfortunately, both the service, staff and the food were very, very disappointing.

There was a lot of space in rooms with a nice view and comfortable furniture , the beach is amazing and resort have a whole program to keep you in all day Also, the whole staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, specially Fatima Zahra at the reception desk. The main restaurant and the other thematic restaurants was good, they do a lot of effort to please everyone taste.

Everything was goodPerhaps, the towels was changed even if we don’t put them in the tub , and also some days it took 3 hours to bring us new towels, so we couldn’t take a shower in meantime The noise from the animation pool can be sometimes disturbing if you want to relax inside your room

The beds was a little bit uncomfortable. And the animation team didn't talk to us like they suppose to , they only talked to foreign people.

A beautiful property with good facilities & friendly staff. I loved the location and access to the beach & Mediterranean sea.

The only issue I had was with food, as I'm vegetarian. There weren't enough options for me.

(Just few people on reception, no one in the restaurant)- buffet (always overcrowded, long queues, poor quality food - last days we have had stomach problems and found out it is not only us…)- location of the hotel is a middle of nowhere- rooms are not 100% ready (clean, working properly, checked properly before new guests - we have had dirty bad, blocked sink, not working fridge when we arrived to our room)
