- They were doing renos outside our room. I had to walk over paint covered plastic to get in my room. The air quality was not so good. Drills and ladders. Wasn’t very great for what we paid. They did give me 20% off after I complained but still not good and put a big damper on our days there.

The breakfast was incredible. The beach was clean and lovely.

Very nice staff, helpfull, cheerfull. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Nice set-up and decoration.
No cofee refill the second day (just a small detail) the pizza restaurant next to the beach allows chicha smokers and cigarettes inside the restaurant, which is not in accordance with expected standard, and which is not pleasant for som other non-smoking guests.
Beds were AMAZING. Most comfortable beds we had among the 10 hotels we stayed at during our road trip. Lots of options to hang out by the pool and on the beach. Room was super quiet and five-star interior. Since we went in spring the price for a night was very reasonable.
While it is good to have people check in on you, we had about five different people come ask us every 10 minutes. Way too much so it gave a feeling of disorganization. Food and drink prices were absurd. Yes, we are prepared to pay more for food on-property. But not 3x-5x the price of the same soda or same meal outside the property. Minor thing, but the balcony door didn't have a handle on the outside (?) So I had to keep it open until I stepped back in again.
Location and staff
Some delays in answering our requests
The Vila was on the beach. Allowing us to swim in the Mediterranean and enjoy the hot tub in a pristine setting. The bathroom was incredibly! Were greeted with lovely mint tea, macaron and Gazelle Ankles. We had fruit waiting for us in the Vila. Breakfast was delicious with everything made on the spot. Staying here is a must if you’re visiting the Morocco’s Riviera
Hospitality Location Swimmingpool
Bathroom is to big, less space in the room.Quality of the room, bed, shower is clogged, called couple times, changed the room but the same at the other room. The money you spend here, is not at ratio what you get in return.Expexted more.
restaurant's manager( breakfast) name is taibi was so nice and professional
The toilet of beach restaurant is very far
The villa itself was fantastic, the private pool was the favourite feature and the space was good value for money.Staff in the restaurant and cafe were attentive and friendly, the views, location and security were second to none.
Firstly the room service, which was slow and when staff gave us an incorrect order, they refused to correct it and refund us. A real low point.Second there was an ant infestation, even before any food was present. Thirdly, the iron needs a clean, it deposited brown and black marks all over my white shirt. Not good!
As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.
Everything there’s nothing to not dislike will be saying again
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the beach suite was one of the best suites i've ever been to with a mesmerizing view directly to the Mediterranean.
Amazing place to relax. Spacious rooms, nice pool area and very calm and beautiful beach. We really liked also the huge kids club that has very nice design. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was excellent.
The restaurant service still can improve. We had two dinners in hotel and the quality of the meals was average. For 5 stars hotel and meal prices, we expected much better quality.
The property wad extremely clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beachside suite which was amazing
We originally booked for 7 days but as we haven’t been to Morocco decided to reduce to 4 days.however when we tried to extend our stay they advised us the hotel was full but that certainly wasn’t the case !! We see quite happy to give up the beachside villa for an ordinary room but in no way was the hotel full. One other minor point there are numerous staff but the service is poor . They are not attentive and orders very slow to arrive
Rooms and spa
I spent 2 nights in the hotel and was really disappointed by the services in food and beverages. Waiting 30 min to get a tea and 2 coffees, staff running all over the place with undefined responsibilities leading to chaos, had my dinner on the beach while technicians were painting with solvent next to my table ruining my experience, entrees served before starters and no management on the shop floor. At 8000dhs per night you are also expecting all shower products to be replenished before your check in...serious lack of transparency from the staff who claimed the beach restaurant Milos being privatized for 5 days with no access for customers however we found out it has been shut down by ONSSA - hygienic department. Staff is trying as much as they can, begging us to escalate issues to deaf management...some being complaining about 7days a week of work with more than 14hours during the last 2 months...inability to cover all the areas with reduced staff, quality issue with food., no F&B manager in the resort. I will highly encourage Sofitel upper management to run a full audit and take the necessary remedial actions and for the potential customers to spend their money somewhere else.
The location & the facilities
HK needs work no towels in the room , no toiletpaper, no shower gel en lotion. Cleaning not on time.
Property, suite, view, pool, staff, service amaaaaaaazing
The beach is accessible to outsiders, not feeling at my ease while outsiders play football and smoke weed in front of us..the only disadvantage
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the personnel were incredibly welcoming and always available, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s decoration is superb, blending modern Moroccan style with a French touch that creates a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The diversity of restaurants is fantastic, offering Spanish, Moroccan, and international cuisine that all tasted super good. The beach is clean and well-maintained with perfect accommodations for a relaxing day. I also highly recommend the spa, it was a truly wonderful experience. Overall, everything was exceptional, and I can't wait to return!
The location is stunning. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The rooms are very comfortable with sitting spaces inside, as well as on the terrace.Parking was right in front of the door.
