Apartmánový Garni Hotel Relax

The recepcionist was really nice. Also I asked the hotel to put in some flowers as a gift for my fiance because we went there on Valentines days, and they were really friendly and agreed. We Had to check in at an other hotel's recepcion what was told to me via email (on slovakian) so i had some trouble checnking in but the recepcionist came to us to help. Also when we told that the room is so bad we do not want to stay and rather go home, the immediately offered us an other room. We choose to get the money back instead and the were very cooperative.

We found several bugs in the room. 2 big spiders in different rooms. (not at the ceiling). And there were a lot if ants too. (10-20) The room was very small. it said family suite, but apart from the beds and hall there was no chairs or anything. But it did not matter when we saw the bugs we decided to leave, so we did not sleep there.

Sauna was closed for renovations they said. But I booked the hotel specially for the sauna.The room was to hot and only to cool down by opening the window.Check in in the other hotel was not ok, it was very hard to find in the dark.

Very nice location, pleasant bar with a terrace right next to the lake. Parking wasn't a problem.

The rooms were really hot and almost impossible to vent. If you open a window, you risk having mosquitos, wasps, Hornets or moths inside. But thats just the cost of being in nature I guess.

Nice staff, right by the lake, nice balcony.

No hot water in the showers and the room didn't have a fan.

Our first stay a few days before

They didn't clean the apartment despite several hours between our stay and time of reservation. Made us wait an hour upon arrival. The bedsheet was turned inside out, mop laying around, ashtrays not emptied, hairs on the bed and in the bathtub.

Pet friendly, very comfortable hotel with convenient parking and wonderful location. Beautiful lake and balcony to have coffee on for us and great park for walking the dog. Various places to have a meal right near the hotel with really delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Quiet location, parking in front, near the Danube.

No reception, had to take a walk to another hotel to check in and out. Breakfast is in the same other hotel.

Very spacious room and terrace. Clean bathrooom and toilet.

First of all we did not find the reception, so after asking one couple they show it to us. We wait about 30 minutes and even more for accommodation. The woman at the reception didn't speek English, so was very hard to talk with her. The baby bed that we have booked already, wasn't in the room and she asked some people to bring it there. It was very hot in the room,becouse of no air condition. There was only two towels - one for hands and one bigger, so my husband go downstairs to take few more. Also no extra pillows or blankets. Our pillows was different from each other.

Nice location directly at the lake. Private beach available. Room was newly refurbished.

We booked 3 bedrooms apartment, but we got only 2 bedrooms. We were there for 3 nights only so it was not a big deal, but we were not offered any compensation.

The apartment could use a renovation, it is beginning of the season and the bathroom appliances (shower head, floors) are a bit worn. Upon arrival the apartment looked fine, but was not properly cleaned - dust under beds, dirty cupboards. No cleaning supplies provided like dish soap, dishes were scarce (but refilled by stuff) and needed extra cleaning
